The House

Generous and gracefully proportioned, the interiors unfold across multiple levels in true Provençal fashion. Five beautifully appointed bedrooms sleep up to ten guests in comfort, with character details, antique ironwork on the terrace, original shuttered windows at every turn. Light-filled living and a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen make this as practical as it is beautiful. Modern contemporary touches fused with Asian decoration ( due to the owners being Singapore based)

Outdoors

At the front of the house, a lawn and sun-drenched heated pool take full advantage of the elevated position, with breathtaking panoramic views stretching across Grasse. This is where the day unfolds (after exploring the Historical old town of Grasse), lazy swims, sun-soaked lounging, and long evenings gathered around the shaded charcoal barbecue area, cocktail in hand as the Provençal light fades over the town below.

At the rear, a second garden offers an altogether more sheltered atmosphere , a cool, shaded sanctuary perfect for al fresco dining and afternoon relaxation, away from the midday sun. Fragrant and private, it is the ideal spot to linger over a long lunch or unwind as the evening cools.

You are a few mins walk from the cathedral, the cobbled streets of Grasse and the celebrated perfume houses of Fragonard and Galimard, yet once through the gate, the world outside disappears entirely. Cannes is 30 minutes, Nice 45, Monaco an hour. The Côte d’Azur is yours to explore, with a haven of peace to return to.
