The villa is built with a traditional Joglo structure, featuring warm wood and bright, modern colors and decoration elements that create a welcoming atmosphere. Each of the 5 bedrooms is equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, comfortable double beds, wardrobes, and large sliding glass doors that allow natural daylight and a gentle breeze to flow in. This provides a refreshing space for privacy, a refreshing shower, and a good night's sleep.

This Seminyak Villa is the perfect home away from home for your group holiday in Bali. The outdoor living area overlooks the private pool and garden. It features a large dining and lounge area, perfect for spending time with family and friends during a sunny Bali day. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, adding a personal touch to your stay.

The villa's location in the heart of bustling and trendy Seminyak offers easy access to bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops, while still providing a tranquil haven just steps away from the famous Seminyak beach. It's the perfect location for everyone in the group, whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a lively holiday. Parking is available for a medium sized car.

The villa staff provides daily cleaning services. The villa manager can assist you with any other requests during your stay, such as car/scooter rentals, laundry service, taxi services, day trips, restaurant reservations, and baby cots. **Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions.

**A refundable security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages, indoor smoking, missing items, unpaid additional services, or other charges incurred during your stay.

The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

Car parking is it to 1 small or medium size car

We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the AirBnb cleaning procedure.

FAQs

•⁠ ⁠Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.


•⁠ ⁠Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
•⁠ ⁠A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

•⁠ ⁠Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
•⁠ ⁠A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

•⁠ ⁠Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
•⁠ ⁠A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

•⁠ ⁠Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
•⁠ ⁠A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 11 people which means that the 11th and 12th person is counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
