This villa offers peacefulness and privacy but still very close to the centre of Costa Adeje, only a 5 minute walk! and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Playa De Las Americas.

On the terrace, you’ll find comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the sun and a shaded pergola with an outdoor dining area and BBQ. Inside, the villa has been embellished with a traditional-style décor with plenty of space to unwind. Including a lounge area, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is approximately 10 steps to access the property from the street.

​As you can see in photos this villa is average standard and is not luxury, it’s not recommended for those seeking high quality accommodation. However, it is excellent value for money – situated in a prime location and includes a private heated pool, this villa is a rare find.

LOCATION:

Located in Costa Adeje, however some people refer to the location as Las Americas, this is due to the villa being positioned directly on the border between Costa Adeje and Las Americas. We recommend this accommodation for those looking for a central location with everything on your doorstep and car hire is not required. The property is 200 meters up from the Costa Adeje Hospital and 250 meters from the Siam Park. Also Aqua Land and the new Siam Mall are very close by. The San Eugenio shopping centre and strip where you will find all local amenities such as many bars, restaurants, shops etc is only a short walk away from the villa approx 400 meters. It is roughly 1 km to local beaches in Playa De Las Americas and Puerto Colon. The main Las Americas bus station is also only 200 meters away from the villa. This area is very popular due to being quite central.
