The 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the very popular Santa Maria Complex which is located at the Porto Colon Marina end of Las Americas away from the more densely populated area and is a family orientated Aparthotel. The apartment has been recently refurbished and benefits from air conditioning and free in room WIFI and is situated on the third floor, it also has the advantage of being South facing, so sun all day plus pool and sea views. The apartment is also ideally situated being just a stones throw away from local bars and restaurants and only 350 metres to the nearest beach and Porto Colon Marina from where water sports and Water Excursions such as Whales and Dolphins can be obtained. It is also only 10 minutes via free bus transfer to the new Siam Themed Water Park. Please view our recent reviews.

Excellent host. Provided all information so was not necessary to contact for any help. Keypad at door was great no need for key. Free safe provided. Noticed security guard everyday out front of hotel. Apartment excellent with everything we needed. Stayed 13 nights and was pleasantly surprised to have beds changed and clean towels left out on day 7! Lovely double balcony with side sea view. Easy to work cooker. Great shower. Aircon provided but just used fan in living area and ceiling electric fan in bedroom. Comfy beds. Short walk to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Beautiful hotel with lovely heated pools. Just have to used card for payment at pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Amazing time at this great wee apartment and great weather was a bonus.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment, has everything you need, aircon is a godsend. Lovely large balcony with pool and sea views. Great to be given a door code and nit have to carry around key cards. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect one bed apartment

This apartment is ideally located to enjoy the delights of Costa Adeje. The pool area is a good size, with sun beds mostly available with no problem. The spacious balcony is a lovely space to relax. There is a supermarket situated just over the road that is well stocked too.

Perfect apartment in great location

The apartment had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was the pool area and a sea view. Sun on there most of the day. Resort was lovely, with lots of bars and restaurants, perfect for watching the world go by.

We got what we hoped for!

We have visited Tenerife many times and have stayed in hotels and apartments. We settled on this area last year and booked this accommodation for the location. The liaison with the owner, agent and the property manager was excellent throughout. The apartment benefits from a double balcony with almost all day sunshine and views over the pool and ocean. The complex is very well maintained and although we were an independent booking the staff were helpful and welcoming at all times. We will book again!

Hi we are a couple in our sixties that have owned apartments in Tenerife for over 20 years. We live on the Island in a house but and have sold our other properties in order to settle down, although we have kept this apartment as it is our favorite and stay in it ourselves regularly so it is always kept in tip top condition.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is ideal for those who don't want to have the hassle of walking up and down steep hills in order to get to the apartment or forever having to catch Taxis as it is only150metres to the beach. The beach is also supported by a lift to main road level adjacent to Hotel La Pinta as well as different levels for other shops/bars and restaurants. The property is also surrounded by restaurants supplying all types of food, English, Indian, Chinese, Spanish etc. There are also numerous bars on your doorstep, lots providing free entertainment in the evening. If you want to take a Taxi somewhere there is a large Taxi rank just across the road. Porto Colon is also the base for many water adventures and sports like Whales and Dolphin Trips and Jet ski Hire.
