A splendid detached villa that combines spaciousness and elegance in every room. Upon entering the property, you step into a spacious living-dining room, decorated with exquisite taste and fitted with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a large Smart TV, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Adjacent to this space is the separate kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances to make everyday life easier.

The property features three bedrooms with built-in storage solutions: on the ground floor is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, whilst the upper floor houses the second bedroom with a queen-size bed and the master bedroom. The master bedroom stands out for its two single beds joined to form a king-size bed and direct access to a furnished private terrace, an intimate spot ideal for taking in the local scenery. The villa’s two bathrooms are fully fitted and feature practical shower trays.

The outdoor area is the true heart of the property. It features a private heated swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing area with loungers, as well as a covered terrace with a wooden pergola sheltering a large outdoor dining area and garden furniture, ideal for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners. The property is situated in the Las Casas Blancas residential complex, in the municipality of Yaiza, a strategic location with excellent road links for exploring the island of Lanzarote. Furthermore, guests have access to a private parking space within the grounds.

Fully equipped separate kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. Both bathrooms have a shower and a hairdryer. The living room and master bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and Smart TVs connected to a high-speed 600 Mbps fibre-optic WiFi network. Outside, there is a private swimming pool, sun deck, outdoor dining area, patio furniture, iron and private parking within the villa grounds.

For safety reasons and due to the layout of the property, the villa is not suitable for babies.

The pool is serviced weekly, every Friday, to ensure it remains in good condition and is kept clean throughout your stay.
