The listed nightly rate is based on an occupancy of up to 6 guests.

The guest house can accommodate up to 2 additional guests. An extra charge of USD 15 per person per night applies.

During your stay, a daily electricity usage limit of 45 kWh applies.

Any electricity consumption exceeding this limit will be deducted from the security deposit at a rate of USD 0.50 per kWh after check-out.

A security deposit of USD 250 is required for every reservation. Any charges for excess electricity consumption or damages will be deducted from this deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded after the property inspection.
