Villa Baia Branca: 8 person villa a stone's throw from Jan Thiel Beach

Villa Baia Branca ("the white sand" in Portuguese) is a beautiful, spacious and attractively furnished 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa just steps away from Jan Thiel beach.

There is ample space for 2 cars on the private, fully walled grounds. The style of the modern villa is immediately noticeable: sleek, white, but still cozy. The fresh green of the tropical garden completes the first impression.

You enter via the spacious pool deck and terrace. On the terrace there is a lounge set and a dining table where you can enjoy meals with a view of the private swimming pool. Around the swimming pool you will find various seating areas and of course lovely sunbeds for sun worshipers.

When you step through the large glass sliding doors you enter a large living room with an open kitchen with a large cooking island. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of kitchen appliances such as oven, microwave, Nespresso, etc. The living room also has a dining table so that cooking and eating together is a real pleasure. The living room has a flat screen TV with a lazy sofa and of course there is free WIFI available throughout the house and outside on the terrace.

From the living room you can enter the 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own complete bathroom with en-suite toilet and sufficient cupboard space.

There is a washing machine in the garage that you can use freely.

The supermarket is a stone's throw away and within 5 minutes you can walk to the beach of Jan Thiel Beach with all its water sports, the Papagayo and Zest beach clubs and the pleasant Happy Hours on Saturday afternoons of the famous Zanzibar. In short: a wonderful holiday accommodation.

At the house you can rent a 7-person Toyota Rush / automatic (model 2023) for €69 per day with a deposit, including a deductible of €500.

PLEASE NOTE: from 2025 the villa will have a second floor with a complete apartment. This apartment has 3 bedrooms with complete bathrooms en suite, a living room with open kitchen, a large semi-covered terrace of 14x4 meters including a swimming pool and super views of the area with sea views.

This villa is suitable for a group of 14 people from December 2024. Both accommodations can also be rented separately. Ask us for the price for both units
