Cette belle maison Seagrove est l'endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez un plan d'étage spacieux et ouvert. Dans le salon, vous trouverez une multitude de sièges confortables pour vous détendre tout en regardant l’écran plat. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils et dispose de beaucoup d'espace, même pour un groupe plus grand. Il y a aussi des sièges supplémentaires au comptoir de la table de la cuisine pour les grands dîners de famille.

La maison dispose de quatre chambres. Deux lits queen-size, puis une troisième chambre avec lits superposés. La suite principale est spacieuse, avec un lit king confortable. Toutes les chambres présentent un décor réconfortant et vous feront sentir comme chez vous.

La maison dispose d'une grande piscine privée. L'endroit idéal pour profiter entre les sorties à la plage! Il y a beaucoup de place côté piscine et la cour arrière est clôturée. Vous pourrez également vous détendre sur l’un des balcons / terrasses de votre maison. Cette propriété comprend également un barbecue au charbon!

Dans l'ensemble, la maison est chaleureuse et invitante. C’est très bien situé et vous assure de bonnes vacances. Ne laissez pas quelqu'un d'autre obtenir vos dates préférées, réservez à l'avance.

Wonderful Stay

We had our family vacation with the kids and grandkids, we loved every second of it. Beach was 5 mins away, pool was amazing and the home was just right for us. The location is perfect, the town quaint and we will be back again, possibly every year. Thank you for allowing us to spend our family vacation in your home!

Perfect vacation rental

This is the perfect vacation rental. Had plenty of bedrooms and overall the house was very clean. The only reason I did not give cleanliness of five stars because they were supposed to come out and clean the pool and the deck around the pool and no one ever showed up to do that the entire time we were there

I know you were here a very short time and experienced some bad rainy weather. When this happens the pools do get leaves and such. The pool man was scheduled to come back out but you had departed by then. Sometimes when we have bad weather it does put the pool cleaning companies behind. Our apologies. Great place.

Great place. Very clean. Had everything we needed except for we did run out of toilet paper (bring some extra rolls!). Area was amazing. Walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Coffee and donut shop about 5 minutes ago. Pool was clean and refreshing. Beds were cozy. Communication with the host company was very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Fall Break at Seagrove

The property worked perfectly for our short fall break visit. The location was great, walking distance to beach and away from the busy Seaside restaurants. We had an issue with the king bed in the master bedroom being broken when we checked in and unfortunately was not replaced until after we checked out but the property manager assured we would be refunded a portion of our stay for our inconvenience. He was very polite and fair in dealing with the concern. We would reccommend this location for your visit!

Family vacation

Overall it was great a few hiccups. The hot nob in master bathroom was broken but usable and the toilet in master bedroom didnt seem like it wanted to flush. The banister in the hallway was broken but my husband tried to fix it the best he could. The house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

The house had great space - but it felt dirty and was very outdated. Cobwebs everywhere and if you walked barefoot in the house your feet would be black. All the furniture was old and falling apart. Great location - just needs a lot of work.

A Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our needs - very spacious! There needs to be some work done on the back porch. The spindles on the back porch are falling down. Several times we were in the pool and a spindle would just fall to the ground with no one near it. Also there needs to be more lighting on the back patio around the grill. We had to move the grill to the drive way to be able to see to cook after dark.

Love location, but house needed some love

The walk to beach is easy, public beach space is a nightmare, I hate that this is happening (beach in front of ALL condos and homes etc is PRIVATE and they will ask you to leave. Sad. The pool area was nice, small pool, but very overgrown compared to photos. The den area only seats 5 people and the dining area has been redecorated since photos also, it looks great. Had all the extras we needed, we had to notify management afterwards about several problems that have to be addressed. It was nice with dogs to have the fenced area, but several of the boards are falling off so be careful. We enjoyed the fire pit area, but again this was so overgrown. House was clean, just needs updates like tile flooring, interior paint, and maybe some of the mattresses soon. Bunk room looked fun, but we didn’t use it at all.

Great location, house in need of maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. We were able to access the beach easily and walk to several cute shops and restaurants. We were also conveniently located between seaside and rosemary beach which are great areas to spend the evenings after a day at the beach. The house allowed us to bring our 2 dogs and it made for an easy transition from home life to vacation mode. The house itself is in badly need of repair and renovation. None of the beds were comfortable, however the bed upstairs across from the master bedroom was horrendous and needs immediate replacement. The balcony off the upstairs bedroom are a safety hazard. The wood has dry rot all over and feels like it will give if more then 1 person is on it. The pool was cute, but has cracks along the water level where a snake lived in. The shrubbery around the pool provides privacy, however it is overgrown and hours after the pool was cleaned, the pool was littered with debris. We used the pool once and instead used the community pool which was very nice. There are a number of kitchen tiles that are broken and have become separated from the floor. The main couch in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The soffit on the outside was designed to catch water and drain into a gutter, however most of the soffit is swaying and will fall in the next 6 months. This house was really cute when it was originally built, however it is in need of some love and could be a really great given its location and bones of the house.

A Nice Home That Needs Some work

First of all the good stuff! The home is pet friendly, has a private pool and is in a nice location. The sitting area beyond the pool with the fire pit is a nice gathering area. There were a total of seven of us and the the home had plenty of space for all of us. The carpet had been recently cleaned or replace. Also it had been painted inside recently and overall was clean. The internet worked fine and a crew was burying a new line to the house. Now for things that need attention☹️. Many of the items mentioned in prior reviews have not been addressed. The clothes dryer still does not dry well. The tile floors in the home are cracked and loose. The spindles on the back deck are missing or loose and the framing above the rear door is evidently rotten. Each time you open the door you get a little shower of rotten wood. We were not comfortable using the upper deck. All of the pool furniture needs replaced as well as all the torn, soiled and faded outdoor cushions. The pool area and sitting area are in desperate need of tree trimming, cleaning and maintenance. The pool area is shaded most of the day so it was cold in early October but we elected not to heat it due to cost and our limited use. Would we rent this home again? Probably as it is in a nice location and suited our needs. Just an older home that needs some work.

No internet, no tv, safety issues

Upon arrival we were advised there was no internet or television service due to a storm. We were offered a property two doors down. Unfortunately, we had already unpacked and settled. Kids were in the pool. So we stuck it out even though we were unable to watch the Alabama game. Surrounding properties all had internet and television so I believe the weather excuse was just that...an excuse. The property is dated and poorly maintained. Spindles were missing or loose from railings getting to the pool. This was a big safety hazard for a group with small children. Floor tiles were cracked. One roll of t.p. per bath for a party of 8 was insufficient. Glad we brought our own. We had to bring cooking supplies as well.. Carpet was dirty and stained. The dishwasher came away from the countertop and was not secured. There were loose electrical outlets throughout the house. This is a fire hazard and prevented cell phone and tablet charging. The concrete pool surround requires a good power washing. The dryer required 2-3 cycles to dry a regular load. We were unable to figure out how to lock the front door when we left. A call to the property manager (Kelly) resulted in a very rude response. We had to wait 30 minutes for maintenance. The property manager made this right after I demanded a partial refund. I would not recommend Sand Dollar One.

Dear Kimberly, I understand you were frustrated with the T.V. issue as I too am an Alabama fan. I know how important the 11:00 game was . I am a bit surprised you did not just move 2 doors down the an identical home with a pool. The internet and T.V. were working fine at this location. As it turns out the main cable line for the home you were in needed to be replaced. This too takes some time and we are at the disposal of MEDIA COM. The other items you posted have all now been addressed. This is a very popular home and it stays booked . The owner has now had time to repair the spindles at the pool, do some painting and power washing. As far as Toilet paper is concerned, we supply initial supplies for guest so if they arrive at night, there is no need to go to the store until the next morning. This is highlighted in your rental agreement and is standard practice for vacation rental companies. Vacation Rental Companies are not like hotels where there is daily maid service. I honestly feel if you had moved to the comparable home that your stay would have been wonderful. You would have had t.v., internet, and a pool whose deck had just been power washed with all new patio furniture. We are sorry for your disappointment. Regards, Sanddollar One

Very cozy house in a great location

Great location with easy access to beach, food and convenience store. Enjoyed the back yard area with the fire pit and pool.

This place overall was fantastic! The house had everything we needed and more.

The property was beautiful and close to the beach. We will be staying here, again.
