The house is amazing. The location couldn’t be better. The view is worth the ride up the steep, winding, gravel road. We had all the little amenities available to us making our stay even better. Spices, tupperware for leftovers, ice maker, cooler, ice packs, bear spray, I could go on. The Paradise Valley area is just gorgeous. I would stay in this area again. It’s about an hour from Yellowstone National Park, so expect to drive a bit.

The property was amazing! Views forever!! The host was very helpful and accommodating. It was one of the most well stocked properties I have stayed at. Little things like foil, plastic bags, coffee filters etc make a big difference. I would definitely stay there again!

I cannot even say enough good things about this property. Communication was superb, the house was clean and well stocked. A perfect, quiet retreat, but close enough to activities (horseback riding, rafting, UTV Rentals, etc. We didn't want to leave!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and it was the perfect getaway! Nice and secluded and it was really cool to stay in the Rocky Mountains! Such a wonderful experience and it's close to Yellowstone so we were able to explore the park for a couple days too!

We had a wonderful stay in Chico Hot springs. The house is amazing and Mary was super helpful. We had a great time exploring Yellowstone, surrounding areas, Livingston, fishing, etc. We especially enjoyed the cute general store, the hot tub, and making s’mores. We will be back!!

First time to Yellowstone

This was our first trip to Yellowstone and we had a great time! The house was about 30-45 mins from the North entrance and was extremely clean and well stocked! Mary was amazing at answering questions for anything we needed. The house has amazing views and is very private. We would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the most equipped homes we have ever stayed in. The owners where super nice. The house was very private with outstanding views. I could not say enough how spectacular the home was. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this rental. Over the years I have rented DOZENS of properties in Montana, but this is the only one I ever stayed in for a second time. This property has everything that you could ask for in a vacation home. The views are spectacular. The drive alone to and from the house is amazing.The hosts are extremely responsive, although I think it’s unlikely that you would need anything from them during a stay as a lot of thought has been put into equipping and furnishing the house.I think one of the things that I enjoy the most about it is the privacy that is afforded by this house. Sitting around the fire pit in the evening can’t be more enjoyable. The house is equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals, but also close enough that you can dine out in Emigrant and either Chico Hot Springs or the Old Saloon which is a must to see. Livingston is a short drive away with numerous restaurants (and two microbreweries for those inclined).The location makes it easily accessible to Yellowstone National Park, but also to Livingston and Bozeman.The house is immaculate and well furnished. The night sky is incredible where you easily where see more stars than you’ve seen probably anywhere before. I can go on and on about this house, but trust me to say that this is one of the best rentals for the price that you’ll ever find in Montana. We are already planning for our next stay in 2027.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s worth the drive up the mountain for the peace and quiet. We saw a beautiful rainbow over the mountain when we just arrived. The views were amazing and it seems like we had the whole mountain to ourselves. The house was nice to come home to relax after all the hiking we did in Yellowstone. Mary was a delight to communicate with and the house had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation.

Great Place

This is our second time staying at this house. I can't say enough about it. It's a few minutes off the road but the drive itself is spectacular. Wonderful views of the valley the whole way. The location provides plenty of privacy with expansive views of Paradise Valley. The house has everything you will need. The owner is very responsive with any questions.
