This apartment is very spacious, had everything I needed, and close to Inner Harbor. I walked back and forth and felt perfectly safe. Coming up Eden did feel a bit removed given the many empty buildings and traffic. So if thatâs a concern, going through Little Italy or via Central is a very nice walk. Melissa was also very responsive and a kind host.

Ultimately this place needs an extreme deep cleaning. You can tell this place has not been detailed in a while, there are crumbs underneath the sofa, toothpaste caps in the sink drain, crumbs of food left out by the stove. When I arrived the Internet didn't work. Took a few hours before I realized what was going on and reached out to the host. They corrected the issue but still was a bit of a setback everything should be ready to go if a home is being offered to stay at. The fixtures here are also extremely old, like the sink and tub. There is a really nasty looking mark in the tub that would make it need to be replaced. Had I known that I would not have picked this place in particular but hey. there were also a lot of small bugs and flies in the kitchen. The bathrooms do really need to be updated you can tell the appliances are from the 90s and there was no paper towels in the home.
The place was super cute but location was a little sketchy. But also location was very close to the harber. Only thing I had a problem with was the frontdoor lock. It was hard to get in and the mail slot was close to the doorlock. Was afraid someone could easily open the door. Other than that, my friends and I enjoyed our stay there.
Property description was accurate. Back screen door needs some adjusting. We enjoyed our stay. Property was quiet. And it was easy to park right on the street in front of the town house. Easy access to 83N and Inner Harbor area. Would consider staying here again.
Communication with property owner was excellent. Responded within minutes of reaching out. Access to home was easy. There is parking behind the house but noticed a property management sign indicating a parking decal was needed to park there. I was reassured by the owner that itâs ok to park there without one. This was the case and car was not towed but I did find myself checking a lot making sure it was still there. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed Iâve ever slept in. Even though the house looked clean, there were fruit flies and ants. I noticed a hair clip and toothpaste cap had fallen down the drain in the upstairs bathroom sink. Also, the electrical outlet in that bathroom didnât work. The back patio was nice to have and was very well shaded by a couple of trees. The down side to the trees is one of them was in bloom and had dropped petals all over the patio. So walking into the house from the patio tracked a lot of dirt and organic matter into the house. Luckily there was a hand brush under the sink to clean it up. Lastly, the home info booklet had an Uber discount code in it but it no longer works. Overall a nice place to stay and much better then a hotel.
I'm Melissa, and that's my dear mother in my profile picture as we recently returned to the States from Paris! Boy was it an amazing experience. I do quite a lot of traveling as I am entering my six year as a Flight Attendant. Any questions about myself or my home, don't hesitate to ask!
