Everything was fine except lack of towels for the amount of people we had staying in the apartment and lack of enough of toilet tissue but that issue was taking care of it was bought to the apartment and we appreciated that very much apartment was very clean and it matched the pics on the Vrbo site if ever in Baltimore again definitely will book it again.

This was a beautiful and very well kept property. I was very impressed that there were 3 full bathrooms with allowed for no delays. I would definitely stay here again (if available) next time staying in Baltimore.

Safe neighborhood, easy access. Good communication with host. Note parking will be on the street for whatever you can find, although we didn't have to walk more than a couple of blocks during a 5 day stay.

The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is convenient to the many activities that Baltimore has to offer. Patterson Park is magnificent. The harbor boat ride is fun. We enjoyed our stay very much.If you find a parking spot close to the apartment, it's best to stick with it, and use Uber to travel to activities. It's not too difficult to find a parking spot on a weekday before 4 pm, but other times, it's challenging to find one within a reasonable walking distance.In the apartment, paper products are limited, the beds do not have mattress pads, the bathrooms in the bedrooms do not have soap. There is a dog next door that barks during all hours of the night which interferes with the sleep of the occupant of the bedroom next to the kitchen. The rug in that bedroom is not securely anchored to the floor.

Wonderful Home base to explore Baltimore harbor area. The location is great - friendly neighborhood with several nice fun bars & restaurants around. Two blocks from Patterson Park for nice walk or jog. And seems lots of festivals happen there. About 10 min walk to harbor and can catch water taxi or walk toward other attractions at Inner Harbor.Rooms are comfy with privacy for all. Well equipped.

Everything is as pictured! Great place! Very clean, very modern, moderately spacious! 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms as stated. All very nice! Neighborhood was decent as well! If you are not able to walk at length, parking will be an inconvenience. Street parking is first come first serve and it is quite a gamble to how close you can get. Also the “sleeper sofa” is a small not very comfortable couch. No working ice maker and no ice trays, bring ice. All minor details but Great stay!

The whole house was very tastefully decorated. I felt like I was in a fancy boutique B&B. The area was surpringly quiet since it's off the main road, but I could still walk to a few restaurants (Charmed, Marta). Everything was spotlessly clean too! I really enjoyed my stay in Baltimore :)

Pleasant by the Park

This was a great place to stay! The place is clean and spacious. The roominess was surprising in an area of small homes! It was convenient to Patterson Park, Canton, and Fells Point. All beautiful and safe places in Baltimore. I’ve recommended it to family and friends who are coming to the area.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood

This apartment was a lovely place for my family to stay during graduation week. It is conveniently located near Patterson Park and harbor in Fell’s Point, with many good restaurants nearby. The host was easy to reach and our only wish was that more kitchen items such as coffee/ tea and cooking basics would have been provided. Such a lovely home overall!

Given the wide range of preferences for coffee and tea, as well as the variety of brands available, we do not stock these items to allow guests the flexibility to choose what suits their tastes. The space is pleasant and accomodating of two couples. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the appliances in good condition. Beds were very good. The stairs are steep and the door is off an alley so getting luggage up requires effort and planning. Showers were never hot despite notifying host several times (sinks had hot water so the mixing valves must have been the fault). Parking on the street is limited and fills early in the evening.
