Villa Quata has been completely renovated maintaining the original charm with fine finishes, ancient wooden beams and terracotta floors. The villa is divided into 6 apartments, all on the first floor, two of which are accessible by an external staircase. We access from the ground floor to a large living room and dining area with direct access to the garden and a beautiful loggia equipped for alfresco dining, a large industrial and completely equipped kitchen with access to a small loggia with washing machine.
(Romena Apartment): located on the first floor, it is composed of a living room (TV and fireplace) with dining area and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
(Castel San Niccolò Apartment): with access from an external staircase. Located on the first floor of the villa, it consists of a living room (TV, fan) with dining area and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
(Borgo alla Collina Apartment): with access from an external staircase. Located on the first floor of the villa, it consists of a living room (TV, fireplace) with dining area and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with French bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
(Falterona Apartment): located on the first floor, it consists of 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
(Pratomagno Apartment): located on the first floor, it consists of 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
(Consuma Apartment): located on the first floor of the villa, it consists of 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
(Dependance): spread over two levels. The ground floor is inhabited by the owner. An external staircase leads to our apartment on the first floor, consisting of a kitchenette with dining area and living room (TV), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

Position
The villa is located in a hilly area sorrounded by woods and cultivated fields in the Casentino area, an land rich in history, such as the sanctuaries of La Verna and Camaldoli.

Equipment
The villa is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, central heating, air conditioning only on the ground floor in the large living room and dining area and in the annex apartment, baby bed and high chair.

Services
The price includes: the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet connection, electricity, water and gas consumption (not heating). Upon request, possibility of organizing private dinners, weddings, domestic help, babysitting.

Important information
Check-in must take place between 4pm and 8pm. Swimming pool open from 01/05 to 10/10. The owner lives in the apartment on the ground floor of the annex. Air conditioning only in the living room with dining area and in the annex apartment. Three apartments do not have a kitchenette/dining area.Activities and distances
There are many possible activities to enjoy in the area: trekking in the woods, cycling, fishing, wellness routes, but this can also be a good starting point for excursions to discover gastronomy and typical products or all the small villages and monasteries of the Casentino such as the Vallombrosa Abbey, the Camaldoli Hermitage and the Verna Sanctuary. There are countless possibilities for excursions in the Casentino Park and the cities of Arezzo and Florence are easily reachable.
6.5 km Poppi (all kinds of shops), 13 km Bibbiena, 45 km Arezzo (antiques market), 48 km Florence.
