Designed for real vacation living, the villa pairs generous indoor spaces with everything you want outside: a private pool, two furnished patios for lounging and dining, a barbecue for easy dinners at home, an outdoor shower for post-beach rinse-offs, and a garden that feels wonderfully secluded under the pines. You’ll also have private parking on-site.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire property during their stay. You can come and go as you please using your own set of keys. Enjoy the pool and garden exclusively. You’ll also have to park inside the property, making it really convenient.

The neighborhood is set within the exclusive Is Morus residential area, where villas are surrounded by lush gardens and shaded by tall Mediterranean pine trees. The scent of the pines, the quiet streets, and the soft sea breeze create a feeling of complete relaxation from the moment you arrive.



One of the true highlights of staying here is how close you are to the sea. Amenities & Comfort: We provide all the essentials to make the start of your stay easy and carefree. Fresh bed linens and basic toiletries are included. You’ll also find a starter supply of kitchen basics (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, etc.) so you can settle in comfortably. The villa has a washing machine available so you can do laundry during longer stays. Air conditioning in each room will keep you cool during the summer and keeps the house warm in cooler months.



House Rules: No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas (please use ashtrays provided). We love pets, and small pets are permitted for an additional fee. However, please check with us before booking to confirm suitability. Additionally, we kindly ask you to rinse off sand and salt using the outdoor shower before coming inside, to help keep the space clean and comfortable for all.
