À propos de cet hébergement
AthensView Skyline: 5th fl, 2BR, Acropolis View
Downtown, 5th floor flat overlooking a park with great views of the city to the east and the Acropolis Parthenon to the west. Very close to the Panathenaic (marble) stadium known for the Marathon race termination point.
Located in trendy Pangrati, it blends tranquility, nature, and breathtaking cityscapes—all while being steps from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and cultural hotspots.
Whether you`re looking to explore Athens, work remotely, or simply relax, you will be well located.
The 90 sqm flat is on the 5th floor and comprises of two sizable bedrooms facing the east with unobstructed views of the city and overlooking a park, a spacious living room with open kitchen with a view to the Acropolis Parthenon and Lycabettus hill, and a bathroom with shower.
🌅 Three balconies wrap around the apartment: east (overlooking the park), north (Parthenon and Lycabettus views), and west (for an afternoon suntan).
Unmatched views of:
▶ The Acropolis & Parthenon
▶ Lycabettus Hill & St. George’s Church
▶ Athens’ skyline
▶ Surrounding mountains of Penteli & Hymettus
▶ Sunrise & sunset over the city

☎ Entertainment & Connectivity
▶ Ultra-fast symmetrical 1Gbps fiber with actual Wi-Fi speeds of 500+Mbps

Guests will have the full use of the apartment. Access is easy. There is only one step at the entrance of the building and one more a few meters after you enter it. The building has an elevator. Mind you, the building is situated on a hilly road that can be of concern for disabled access (although my wife’s late father who was disabled had no difficulty visiting).
🔑 Guest Access & House Rules
◄ Elevator access to the 5th floor
◄ Late Check-in Fee: €20-€40 for arrivals between 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (payable in cash upon arrival)
◄ Baby Cot Available upon request: One-time fee of €25
Should you need anything you can contact us from 08:00 to 00:00, or even later if there is an emergency.
Pangrati has been an artsy, middle-class neighborhood since the 1960s, and in the past decade, it has transformed into one of the trendiest districts in Athens. Home to boutique designer stores, cozy cafés, and Michelin-rated restaurants, it’s a vibrant yet authentic part of the city where locals and visitors blend seamlessly.
Within a perimeter of 500 meters, or five minutes away from the flat, you will find an extensive marketplace with a supply of goods and services to cover all your needs.

The Sites: The most iconic landmarks of Athens are just a stroll away. In eight minutes (650m), you can reach the Panathenaic Stadium (the original marble Olympic stadium). From there, cross the avenue into the National Garden and the Zappeion area. Exiting the park to the northwest (1km) takes you to Syntagma Square, the Parliament, and the main downtown shopping district.
From here, you can head north to the upscale Kolonaki quarter and its many museums, or hike up Lycabettus Hill for a 360-degree view of Athens. Alternatively, from the stadium, a 14-minute walk west takes you past the Temple of Olympian Zeus to the Acropolis Museum (1.1km). Continue along the pedestrianized Areopagitou Street toward Philopappos Hill and the Pnyx (the meeting place of the ancient Athenian Assembly). A stroll around the hill offers breathtaking views of the Acropolis and the Saronic Gulf islands.
Finally, ascend the Acropolis to visit the Parthenon. On your way down, stop at Areopagus Hill before heading into Monastiraki and the Ancient Agora to see the Stoa of Attalos and the well-preserved Temple of Hephaestus (a “smaller scale” Parthenon with the same architecture). Return home through the winding, historic streets of Plaka and Anafiotika.
This is just a teaser of what you can explore on foot. Let us know your interests, and we will provide our take as locals!
