DESCRIPTION
A spacious and quiet portion of a villa surrounded by greenery, this newly built two-room ground-floor apartment features underfloor heating and cooling and can accommodate up to four people.
Although we love pets, we cannot accommodate them out of respect for guests with allergies.
THE SPACE
This splendid apartment features a double bedroom with a Smart TV and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests. It is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or families. Equipped with every comfort, the bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, complete bathroom fixtures, personal care products, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. Mosquito nets are provided throughout the apartment. The modern, comfortable, and fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, an additional 55-inch Smart TV, a coffee machine, and a kettle. In addition, there is a furnished outdoor space in the summer months for enjoying well-deserved moments of peace and relaxation.
TERMS OF STAY

There is no tourist tax.
Use of the kitchen area is permitted, but it must be left clean. Upon request, cleaning of the kitchen area costs €15.
Final cleaning is included in the booking fee.
Services upon request must be paid in cash.
Bed linens (top and bottom sheet, and 2 pillowcases) cost €15.
Towels (3 pieces) cost €5.
A change of bed linen during the stay, upon request, costs €15.
A change of bath linen during the stay, upon request, costs €5.
A cleaning of the bedroom during the stay, upon request, costs €15.
Unregistered guests cannot be accommodated in the apartment.
