Renovated flat with a large terrace (12m²), offering unobstructed, stunning views from the 4th floor of Parc Exflora and the sea, and just a 5-minute walk straight from the flat through a beautiful park to a long sandy beach. There you can hire jet skis, parasails and more.
The complex where the flat is located has a large supermarket with everything you need. There are also restaurants, cafés, a bakery, a 24-hour launderette, a beauty salon, a gym and a McDonald’s. There is a bus stop right outside.

The flat has been freshly painted and features new furniture in every room. The bathroom and toilet are also new, with a large shower and washbasin.
The terrace has a dining table, chairs and an awning, offering fantastic views of the park and the sea.
The patio door and the bedroom door have built-in electric blinds that can be rolled down completely for privacy.
The entrance hall has a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers, a vacuum cleaner, and an iron and ironing board.
Inside, there is air conditioning (cooling/heating) in both the bedroom and the living room.
The living room has a new 55" Samsung TV from 2026.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and hob, but no oven.

There is a private parking space in the basement for guests arriving by car.
Guests have access to a large, lovely swimming pool, suitable for both adults and young children.
Bed linen, towels and a final clean on departure are included.
