everything you need for a carefree stay in Puglia, in one of the most
famous ancient villages, directly on the sea.
The solution is located on the second floor. Ideal for couples or small families and/or friends.
The living area consists of a living room with double sofa bed and TV, kitchen with dining table and stools.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with full en suite shower room that has a large window overlooking the sea.
Completes the house the wonderful sun terrace equipped to enjoy the wonderful sun and climate of Puglia.
The
rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring refined and unique
furniture materials, fine finishes and a harmony of colors that helps to

the wonderful old town, with its ancient churches, picturesque squares,
the Carlo V Castle and Portavecchia beach.
A few kilometers away,
Polignano a Mare beckons with its spectacular cliffs and sea caves.
Alberobello, famous for its unique trulli, is easily accessible. The
area`s beaches are ideal for relaxation, while nature reserves such as
Torre Guaceto offer excursions into unspoiled nature.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
