L'appartement donne sur la crique la plus suggestive de Monopoli (Bari) "Cala Porta Vecchia". La propriété a été récemment restaurée et finement meublée et est équipée de tout le confort.
L'appartement est organisé comme suit:
- grand séjour / salon / coin lecture / cuisine ouverte avec accès direct à la grande terrasse panoramique de 30 m2. Dans le salon il y a un canapé-lit double;
- une chambre double avec service d'étage et avec balcon panoramique donnant sur la mer;
- une chambre simple avec possibilité d'un lit supplémentaire et avec une fenêtre panoramique donnant sur la mer et les anciens clochers;
- deuxième salle de bains avec douche confortable et bidet;
- placard.
La fierté de cet appartement est la grande terrasse panoramique exclusive et splendide, au niveau du salon, avec vue immédiate sur la mer équipée de chaises gazebo - tables et transats.

Fabulous location overlooking the Monopoli water front. Large private deck with outdoor sink, dining table and lounge chairs. The apartment is spacious. Great for long term too!

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous in a perfect location. It is very clean and what a view! The manager Giusy was super helpful and always available for any questions. Monopoli is a beautiful town and perfect for exploring the Puglia region. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful view & perfect location

The property exceeded our expectations. Our host, Giusy, was super friendly and helpful. She met us at the entrance to the old town and helped us with our suitcases. She recommended places to visit and restaurants to try. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous terrace.

Wonderful stay and best swimming every day just outside property, but be sure to say beforehand the number of people staying with you since we were charged 40Eu each for more than 3 people each night, significantly increasing cost.

We were lucky enough to stay here 8 nights, and it was an absolute dream. We looked forward to coming “home” every time we were out, the apartment looks right over the sea which you see from even the bedroom, position is ideal as you can access beach and centro storico as soon as you leave the place. Giusy, the host could not be more accomodating and she cares deeply for her town and the surrounding region. We just wanted ro stay forever, what a gem.

Monopoli dream place

The Monopoli place is conveniently located in old town and is walking distance to dining and swimming. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and overlooks the ocean. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. The property manager, Giusy, is extremely helpful and a very good communicator. Our whole family of 5 really enjoyed the stay and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Monopoly.

Beautiful Appartement and stunning terrace

Perfect location, directly at the beach and the historic centre. We'll laid out apartment with 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds, a good sice bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen was fully equipped, 5 flame gas cooker, big fridge. The correspondence with the property manager Giusy was outstanding helpful and supporting in every question we had. She even translatet for us. Thank you so much Giusy, you are sensational! We can highly recommend this place and we will come back!

Perfect location in Monopoli

We loved the size of the apartment, and it was very clean. The terrace was amazing and the A/C worked well and was necessary. Other guests have already mentioned the steep steps and the noisy, lively neighborhood, and both of those might be minuses for some guests. However, we got used to the steps (except with heavy bags, especially going up, but thankfully we only had to do that once. Going down with the suitcases was easier —just go slowly). Turning on the A/C and closing the windows was our only solution to the noise outside (loudest and most açtive around midnight), but we would’ve preferred falling asleep and sleeping to the sound of the waves. Location was fabulous and the communication with Giusy was good. We will be recommending this place to some friends who will be visiting Monopoli in October. Thank you!

Charming Old Town Monopoli

We loved this lovely and conveniently located apartment. Giusy is a wonderful host - we were grateful for her clear and helpful communication, especially about parking. The view from the patio is spectacular - a great spot to have a glass of wine before exploring and getting lost in the charming town of Monopoli. The apartment is clean, well-appointed, and easy to find. It was a quiet spot during our stay. While it’s an easy walk to many shops and restaurants, it is just outside the Piazzas and higher traffic areas and must avoid much of the tourist traffic. One thing to note: the apartment is reached by several short flights of steep, narrow steps with low ceiling clearance. They were not a problem for us at all but something to consider when bringing luggage or for those with mobility issues.

Best host, location, and apartment ever

We spent 3 nights and hope to return again and again. Monopoli is a city of great history, culture and food. The apartment is clean, well furnished with spectacular views, but what we will always be thankful for is our hostess, Giusy.. great communication, she met us on arrival and made sure we were settled. She expressed that we should call if we needed anything. My wife slipped on a slippery boat ramp and broke her wrist. We speak almost no Italian and Guisy guided us, translated for us and helped us in immeasurable ways. Went way, way, way beyond the call of duty to get us in and out of the hospital, find us another place to stay until we could make arrangements to get home. A true angel. All around amazing experience, even with a broken wrist.

Best Balcony in Monopoli!

We spent ten lazy days in this beautiful flat that has everything you could need: Direct (50m) access to the city beach, the flair of the old town and lots of space for after the kids have gone to bed. The kitchen was a little understocked with regards to spices - I always assume that people leave their spices when checking out and did not have as much fun in the kitchen as I would have with a little more than pepper and salt. Maybe that was due to the early date in the year, though. The balcony is perfect and spacious - there even is a little extra balcony going out from the master bedroom - a delight for people who need a while to get out of bed! We recommend this apartment to everyone planning a trip to Monopoli. Have fun!

Monopoli vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Centro Storico. The apartment was perfectly situated in the old town with a terrace that overlooked the Adriatic. The apartment itself was very clean and, most importantly, air conditioned. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and it’s own half bathroom, and the other bedroom with two single beds. There is also a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. We didn’t use the kitchen as we ate out for all meals but it seemed very well equipped. The person who met us, Giusy, was excellent and made sure everything was as we wanted it including arranging for beach towels to be delivered. The only caution I have is that if you have any mobility issues the stairs up to the apartment may be a problem. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would definitely rent it again if we return to Monopoli.

Fantastic sea view terrace in Monopoli

This is a wonderful apartment right in the old city, overlooking the sea and nearby beach. The apartment has everything you’ll need. Many restaurants and markets all a short walk. Giusy the apartment manager is WONDERFUL!! Check in and all communication was so easy and prompt. Giusy arranged for transport from the train station as well as an all day driver for our visit to Alberobello, Locorotondo and the Castellana caves (highly recommend). Monopoli is a great base to see Puglia and this apartment is the very best. Short train rides to nearby cities. The apartment terrace is spectacular and there’s a second balcony off the master bedroom. Yes there are stairs but the views are worth it! Just take them one at a time (we did, at 60 with a torn right calf and my wife with a torn leg muscle as well!!). It’s a wonderful spot in the old city with the pedestrian walk below (the chatter of families walking along was delightful - at night we had zero issues with noise even though we stayed during the Cosmos and Damian festival). We are already planning a return trip and there is nowhere I would rather stay.

Super Location

Inserzione al 100% corrispondente alla realtà. L'appartamento si trova dietro le mura di monopoli, separato dalla strada pedonale che le costeggia , andando verso sinistra si arriva alla zona del porto e del castello, andando verso destra alla cattedrale. Cosi come non saranno piu di 50 metri per arrivare alla spiaggia di Cala vecchia, che ha una piccola striscia di sabbia ed una piu' ampia con gli scogli, pur essendo una spiaggia cittadina i colori sono verde/azzurro e dal balcone/terrazzo si ammirano ancora meglio. Balcone (della camera matrimoniale) e terrazzo della grande sala che funge da cucina e soggiorno) che sono il vero surplus della location. Si ha una vista spettacolare sul mare , si vede la cattedrale, le mura, i cannoni sulle mura sono a non più di 4/5 metri. In casa c'è tutto quello scritto nella descrizione, comodissima per una famiglia di 4 persone, ci sono due camere, due bagni, un ripostiglio, un ampio terrazzo con tavolo da pranzo, due lettini e due poltrone, piu' all'interno altro tavolo per pranzare/cenare. Si trova al secondo piano (scale molto ripide senza ascensore). La Sig.ra del checkin gentilissima e molto disponibile. Suggerisco se si viene in auto in alta stagione di prendere tassativamente il parcheggio che si trova a circa 250/300 metri perchè altrimenti trovare parcheggio vicino alla casa è impossibile. L'appartamento è sulla strada ZTL bisogna scaricare i bagagli a un 100 mt dall'entrata

We LOVED our stay - even though it was cut short due to changes with the airlines. The apartment was beautiful and the patio was magical!!! It was a fantastic way to end our glorious vacation in Italy. Thank you!
