Set in a rare walkable location in Lagos, just 700 metres from Porto de Mós beach and under 1 km from the scenic coastal trails of Ponta da Piedade and towards Praia da Luz, the villa is ideally positioned to enjoy some of the Algarve’s most breathtaking views and sunsets.

The historic centre of Lagos is approximately 1.5 km away and can comfortably be reached on foot, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and shops.

Located in a quiet residential area of Lagos, Villa Pedra Azul offers a rare combination of privacy and a highly walkable setting, with easy access to some of the region’s most desirable experiences. Within less than 1 km, guests can access scenic coastal trails towards Ponta da Piedade and Praia da Luz, offering breathtaking ocean views and sunsets.

The historic centre of Lagos is approximately 1.5 km away and can easily be reached on foot, offering a lively yet cosy atmosphere with a wide range of restaurants, cafés and shops.

Several well-regarded restaurants are within walking distance, offering a mix of casual options, beachfront dining and more refined venues such as Vivenda Miranda, all within approximately 500 to 800 metres. Illicit Burgers Poolside is around 500 metres away, while Restaurante Porto de Mós Beach and Restaurante Com Sabor, both approximately 800 metres away, provide a combination of seaside dining and traditional Portuguese cuisine.

Beaches
Some of Lagos’ most iconic beaches are within walking distance. The Ponta da Piedade viewpoints themselves are approximately 2 km away, known for their dramatic cliffs overlooking the Atlantic.

Several well-regarded golf courses are located nearby. Boavista Golf & Spa is just 3.5 km away (6 minutes by car). Palmares Ocean Living & Golf (10 km) is known for its coastal views, while Espiche Golf (11 km) offers a tranquil, nature-focused setting. Penina Hotel & Golf Resort is approximately 16 km away (20 minutes by car).

Guests have access to the full villa, including the indoor living and dining areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry area, private outdoor spaces, landscaped garden, patio/deck, private saltwater pool, outdoor dining area and gas barbecue.

The private pool and outdoor areas are for guest use during the stay.

There is outdoor parking for one car on the premises. The street also offers additional parking spaces.

The property has 3 floors. The main living areas and one bathroom are on the ground floor. The laundry area is located downstairs. The bedrooms are on the top floor, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.


Villa Pedra Azul is a 3-floor villa designed for comfortable family stays, combining generous indoor and outdoor spaces with a practical layout. Highlights include a private saltwater pool, landscaped garden, multiple outdoor seating and dining areas, and seamless indoor-outdoor living with direct access to the terrace and pool.

The main living areas are located on the ground floor, with an open dining and living space that seats at least 5 guests comfortably, with clear visibility towards the pool, particularly useful for families travelling with children. The indoor dining area seats up to 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, dishes and utensils. A pantry is available for grocery storage, adding useful extra space for longer stays.

Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. On the lower level, guests will find the laundry area with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack.

Families with young children can also request stair gates, making the villa particularly suitable for families.

The outdoor area includes a landscaped garden, deck/patio, private saltwater swimming pool, outdoor dining area, exterior sofa seating and gas barbecue with utensils. The exterior dining area seats up to 8 guests, with outdoor lounge seating for 6 and 4 pool loungers. The private pool measures approximately 8x6 metres, has metallic steps for access and a depth of 160 cm at the lowest point. The pool is not heated.

BEDROOM 1
Sleeps 2 - King bed (180x200). Partial ocean views. Access to shared balcony. Ensuite bathroom with bathtub, handheld shower, bidet, single sink and hair dryer. Safe. Electric blinds. Full-length mirror. Electric curtains usable as mosquito net or privacy net.

BEDROOM 2
Sleeps 2 - Twin beds that can be arranged as a king bed. Bathroom located next to the bedroom (not ensuite), featuring single sink, shower cubicle with small step, rain shower and handheld shower, bidet, hair dryer and toiletries.

BEDROOM 3
Sleeps 2 - Twin beds that can be arranged as a king bed. Access to a shared balcony with outdoor chairs and table. Partial ocean views. Electric blinds. Electric curtain on the larger window, usable as mosquito net or privacy net.

All bedrooms are located on the top floor and include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, closet space and blackout blinds.

Bathrooms
The property has 3 bathrooms. One ground floor bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. One bathroom next to Bedroom 2 with shower cubicle, bidet and sink. One ensuite bathroom in Bedroom 1 with bathtub, handheld shower, bidet and sink.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Additional Features

The villa includes air conditioning, heating, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, 55-inch UHD Smart TV with streaming apps available. Guests can log in with their own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+ or HBO accounts. Indoor entertainment includes games and Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speakers.

Outdoor parking is available for one car inside the property, with additional parking available on the street.

Safety features include smoke detectors (fire alarm system) in the house, a heat detector in the kitchen, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit.

Faro International Airport (FAO) is approximately 1 hour away by car.

While a car can be useful for exploring the wider Algarve or for supermarket runs, it is not essential for day-to-day stays due to the property’s walkable location, with beaches, restaurants and the historic centre all within easy reach.

Outdoor parking for one car is available within the property, with additional parking available on the street.
