Relaxing Week At Dockside

My family and I had a great time at Dockside and enjoyed all that it had to offer. The accommodations were excellent and Janet was terrific with communication before and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dockside. The views were amazing and the house was incredibly clean, comfortable and well appointed. Janet and John were gracious hosts and great communicators. Would absolutely visit again!

Great location and fantastic boating!

Our family had a great week and the boating access onto Vineyard Sound is super easy. Lots of great places to get to nearby. The amenities inside and outside the house give you everything you'll need for your stay. The spectacular view can be enjoyed from inside the house or while relaxing on the back deck. We look forward to returning.

An amazing week!

Janet and John’s home is so lovely, our family had a beautiful last week of summer kayaking, grilling and relaxing at the fire pit. We were a quick ride from a bunch of different beaches and attractions and really enjoyed Janet’s attentiveness and hospitality. We’d love to visit again!

Beautiful home with a fantastic view!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely home with its large deck overlooking the backyard, dock, and nature preserve. Janet was a pleasure to work with- offering suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The house was clean and well-stocked for our vacation. Falmouth is a great small town with charming shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops!

House was beautiful. Plenty of room for the six of us. Nice kitchen, beautiful setting. Thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. Janet was very accommodating and so friendly. Cannot wait to return!

Want to stay again!

This property was perfect for us visiting friends on the Cape, Boston and Plymouth. Although we were in a neighborhood the property was very quiet and secluded. Our host was EXTREMELY conscientious, contacting us before and during our stay. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed. I definitely want to stay here again!

The home is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The views are spectacular. The owners are so extremely nice. If you are looking for a home with everything you need in a VRBO and one that just makes you feel right at home then this is your place. Janet and John have done a fabulous job.

I cannot say enough good things about our time at Janet and John's property. It was a beautiful location, the house and grounds were gorgeous. Welcoming, beautiful, relaxing home for family fun

We loved our quick 2-night getaway to the Cape, and this home was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space for everyone, with a wonderful gathering area in the open kitchen and living room area, along with the large deck right outside overlooking a beautiful view of serene Green Pond. Sunset views in the evening, and lots of waterfowl sightings! The home was very clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Owners were very helpful and thoughtful both before and during our stay. We hope to be back for a longer stay!

Good stay

Working with Janet was super easy. The dock is amazing and it’s a cute house. The boat at the end of the dock was the only thing we’d change. Other than that it was great. Thanks for having us.

Relaxation haven

The property is exactly as listed. The views from the house are gorgeous. My 4 yr old twins and our lab had a great time exploring off the dock- catching jellyfish, kayaking and watching sunsets. Very close to Smitty’s ice cream and close to everything Falmouth has to offer! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely home. Thanks to Janet for checking in on us multiple times during the trip. A truly special place!

Lovely!

This was a quiet peaceful location, but only a short distance from major conveniences like restaurants, ice cream, the library and local grocery stores. It had beautiful views and lots of space to spread out. We truly enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming back!

Serenity on the water

This rental was fantastic in every way. The owners were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The house was immaculate and had everything my children could possibly want to entertain themselves. Beds were comfortable and the nautical decor really made it feel like a Cape Cod vacation home. House was centrally located to many amenities. Of course the best part were the gorgeous views and access to the water. It was so peaceful and serene listening to the wild birds every morning, and the deck was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Highly recommend renting this place for a family!

Dream of a property

This experience exceeded our expectations! It even inspired me to come home and create a few nautical and coastal changes to my own home decor. This house is meticulously cared for and all possible needs are met! The view is beyond! Breathtaking is just the beginning. Be sure to pop into town and visit the boulangerie!!!! Such a Beautiful house & terrific location! Looks just like the photos but even better. Owner Janet was super nice and extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay at this property! A peaceful retreat

We couldn’t have loved this home more! The owners are lovely and very eager to help with anything you need. The house had everything we needed stocked and ready to go. We all loved nature watching on the deck as well as the dock. The location is convenient for food & attractions while also being serene and quiet. Evenings were spent at the fire pit and swinging on the deck swing or hammock. There was ample room for our family plus grandparents and dogs. We would love to return! Thank you!

Great house right on the water!

We just got back from a three day stay here, and really enjoyed staying at this house. The house itself is really nice but the big treat is definitely the outside space - upper and lower porches, fire pit area, and dock, all overlooking a pond and a great view - even nicer than it looks in the pictures. We had a few unseasonably warm days and took full advantage of them to go hiking, biking, and kayaking. Kitchen is great although we barely used it, lots of great local restaurants with takeout or outside seating if (like us) you aren't yet ready for indoor dining. Janet was really responsive whenever we had a question. One of the best house rentals we have ever done!
