Casa Jacaranda is a fantastic apartment in a beachside urbanisation – just 100 meters from the beach.



Residencial Playa Alicate is located in the third row from the sea in El Rosario, East Marbella. The complex is fully gated and secured with a night-time security guard. The sandy beach here is one of the best on the coast, offering a gentle slope into deeper waters, making it perfect for small children to splash around safely.



The apartment is set within a peaceful, family-friendly complex. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and includes private parking in the underground garage. The community features two swimming pools and one shallow pool for young children.



The living area is bright and welcoming, with a dining table for 6 people, a comfortable sofa, and two additional chairs. From the lounge, you access a 20 m² terrace through sliding glass doors, which features an outdoor dining area for 6.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, and oven. There is direct access to the terrace from the kitchen as well.



The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace, a king-size double bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two single beds and its own bathroom. TV and Wi-Fi are provided.



You don’t need a car during your stay in Casa Jacaranda — everything is within walking distance: the beach, supermarket, bakery, tennis and paddle club, playground, and restaurants.



You can enjoy long beach walks heading west, where you’ll find all kinds of restaurants, bars, beach clubs, and traditional Spanish chiringuitos. Don’t miss Bono’s Beach or South Beach, which offer live entertainment during the summer holidays.



The charming old town of Marbella is only 5 km away, and in just 15 minutes by car, you’ll reach the famous marina of Puerto Banús, known for its high-end designer shops, luxury yachts, fast cars, lively clubs, and an amazing variety of restaurants.



This apartment is also ideally located in the heart of Europe’s finest golf destination, with over 30 golf courses nearby.
