- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings exceeding the week, a weekly cleaning of €90 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking

IMPORTANT: To complete the online check you need to put the photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is not valid.
Guests must submit documents relating to the registration of incoming persons upon request.

INFO CHECK OUT: Excluding situations where late check out is granted, if the check out time at 10 am is not respected, a penalty of € 30 will be applied after the first 15 minutes and € 50 after a 25-minute delay in vacating the property.

*In the event that the Landlord is unable to vacate the apartment by the established day and time of the Checkout (10 AM), the Landlord hereby authorizes the Landlord to enter the house in his absence and to vacate the apartment from all personal effects, objects or things owned by the Landlord.
