Suite Goliarda awaits you: a comfortable, tastefully renovated studio apartment with a mezzanine, located in one of the characteristic alleys of Gaeta's Lungomare Caboto. It can accommodate up to four people: a sofa bed and a pull-out bed in the living area, and a double bed on the mezzanine.
The fully equipped living area includes a kitchenette with an induction stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and two wardrobes (one high and one low).
The mezzanine features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a smart TV. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a large shower, and a window. A small balcony offers a picturesque view of the alley with the sea in the background. For your maximum comfort, you'll also find: air conditioning, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a vacuum cleaner, an electronically locked front door, WiFi, a safe, and a fire extinguisher. Everything is brand new. The apartment is located on the second floor of a small, period building without an elevator; therefore, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. A supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy, and bakery are nearby. Serapo Beach is a 15-minute walk away. This is a non-smoking property. Parties are not permitted. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. Lost keys will be subject to a EUR 150 deduction from the deposit. The tourist tax is EUR 2.50 per person per night (not applicable to guests under 12).
