The two apartments are located in the historic center of Rio nell’Elba, overlooking Piazza del Popolo, one of the main squares of the village, in a convenient and charming location perfect for exploring the town on foot.

La Casa del Borgo is a practical studio apartment on the first floor, a simple and functional solution, ideal for a couple or for short, relaxing stays.

La Terrazza di Rio is a two-room apartment arranged on two levels, with the living area on the lower floor and the sleeping area in the attic on the upper floor. Its highlight is the panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.

Rio nell’Elba is one of the oldest villages on the island, appreciated for its authentic and peaceful atmosphere. From here, it is easy to reach the beaches of the eastern coast and many nature trails.

Casa del Borgo is located in the heart of Rio Elba, just a few steps from the charming Piazza del Popolo.
It is a cozy studio apartment on the first floor, ideal for a couple or for anyone looking for a simple and functional stay immersed in the authentic atmosphere of the village.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, TV, standing fan, and oven, offering all the essential comforts for a convenient and independent holiday. Its central location allows guests to fully enjoy the town, with services, shops, and characteristic views all within walking distance in a quiet setting.

Important Notes:

Check-in: from 16:00 to 19:00. Arrivals after 19:30 are accepted with an extra charge of €40.

Check-out: by 09:00.

Linen: apartments do not provide bed linen and towels. It can be rented for €40 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed, payable on site, upon request at least 7 days before arrival, with collection at our office in Portoferraio.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
