Villa Gelos is located on a plot of land covering 2508 m2.
The villa itself spans across 210m2 and 3 floors and can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The upper terrace with the pool has a size of 76m2, while the lower terrace is 40m2 in size. The size of the pool is 28m2.

Immediately to the left of the entrance door you’ll find the kitchen and the dining room, while to the right you’ll see a small toilet. The living room is straight ahead. There is a staircase next to the toilet leading to the upper floor.
The first door on the right leads to the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a beautiful view of the sea. Next to it is another bedroom with an equally wonderful view of the sea. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the smallest bedroom (the third one), and at the end of the hallway to the left, you’ll find the fourth bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have matrimonial beds, and all bathrooms have shower trays.
The upper terrace, which is accessed through a glass wall from the dining room, has a pool of about 28m2. To the right of the pool, there are deck chairs with a parasol and a large outdoor sofa. If we go down the stairs, we’ll find a room for hanging out when we are not sleeping and not lounging by the pool, on the beach or on a boat. To the right you’ll see the pool engine room, and in front of you, there is a small space with a washing machine and a dryer.
The lower terrace has a table and chairs for 10 people, and in the garden, you’ll find additional garden chairs and deckchairs, just for pleasure. On the lower terrace, there is also a solar shower, as well as a fireplace, which is especially welcome if you like fresh fish from the grill. We can reveal our source – just ask us.
Gelos is simply a beautiful villa on a simply beautiful location. Everything about this villa is simple and minimalistic; dominant colors are black and white, with touches of green and blue. Your view will be a special kind of blue and worth a million dollars. The location of Gelos helps a person forget about the bad things and focus on the good things. And once you dive into the crystal-clear sea on one of the beautiful beaches around Gelos – because some of the most beautiful Hvar beaches are right there – there's no going back to what you knew before.
