- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $66 OR €60 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect the neighborhood’s siesta hours from 2 pm to 5 pm and quiet hours again from 9 pm to 9 am.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

RULES OF CONDUCT

Below you will find the rules of conduct for the accommodation and the community:

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book.

- Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in or during their stay.

- Please inform us of your approximate arrival time 24 hours in advance. Please note that a €20 surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Additionally, for guests checking in at different times, there is an extra charge of €10 per trip, as we need to collect guest registration information in person each time, as required by the National Police.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred as a result of their stay.

- The number of guests cannot exceed the number indicated on the booking.

- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the property! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $66 or €60.

- Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. Please respect the neighborhood's siesta hours from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

- Pets are not allowed on the property.

Please note that after 8:00 PM, only urgent incidents will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions requiring staff presence or intervention outside of these hours may incur an additional charge.

Please note that, according to the accommodation information, we have until 8:00 PM for check-in. Late check-ins are possible, but due to overtime, a €20 surcharge will apply. Check-in in multiple stages will incur an additional €10 fee per stage. These are information and data collection procedures required by the National Police. Therefore, we recommend that all your companions check in before 8:00 PM and, whenever possible, all together.
