Villa Petraluce is a spacious three-story villa surrounded by olive groves. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Petraluce you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Petraluce is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, private patios, a private garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 11 km (6.8 miles) from Ostuni, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles), a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the closest beach (Torre Canne) at 20 km (roughly 12.5 miles).
You will reach Villa Petraluce from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately ten stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Petraluce, you will need a car or private drivers. You will be able to park your car free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Petraluce is along a 500-meter (1640-foot) country road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool and can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, an hammock and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding olive groves and of the greenery. The pool is open all year round.
Patio 1
The first patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the swimming pool area going down four steps. It is equipped with chairs. On the patio you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a five-burner induction cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the greenery.
Wellness area
You will be able to enter the wellness area from the swimming pool area. In the wellness area you will find a sauna. Here you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (it has a diameter of 6.6 feet) with four seats. The jacuzzi pool is open all year round (the jacuzzi pool can be heated, if requested -- additional cost applies, please enquire with our staff).

The second patio is 95 square meters (1020 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with two small sofas and with chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an incredible view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The room is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the second patio through an external access. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a utility room), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the second patio through an external access. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The bedroom is equipped with underfloor cooling. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through a corridor, going down 12 steps. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The room has a small window, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). Bedroom 5 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 1.90 meters (6.2 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). The furnishings include a sofa and a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a garden through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.
