Located on the second floor
of a building in a residential area and overlooking the Salento
countryside, the Borgagne Apartment is a solution with well-furnished
and cozy rooms.
The entrance is in the living-dining room, in which there is an open kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed. From here you exit to the balcony of the living area, furnished with a small table and chairs.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the countryside, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, 1 full shower room and a storage room.

The apartment is located on the quiet road leading from the small village of Borgagne to
the nearby sea of Melendugno: Torre Sant`Andrea the destination at a
shorter distance, about 5 km away, and again San Foca about 6 km, Torre
dell`Orso 7 km and Roca Vecchia 10 km away.
Borgagne is an
authentic Salento village, nestled among centuries-old olive groves and
peaceful countryside, where you can still breathe in the slow and
genuine rhythm of Apulian life.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
