VILLA SOLELUNA

Villa SoleLuna is a stunning single-family villa recently luxuriously renovated, located in Geremeas Residence, just 400 meters from the Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach), reachable in 5 minutes on foot. It enjoys a unique location that will ensure you a breathtaking sea view not only from the verandas and the garden but also from the entire living area. The villa is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is allowed only to the owners of the remote control that opens the bar. Villa SoleLuna is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 13 people, having a total of six rooms: two double suites with en-suite bathroom, one double, two twins rooms that can be converted into doubles, one room with a bunk bed and a third single, and a total of six bathrooms: four full, two service and two magnificent outdoor hot/cold showers. The property is accessed through two driveway gates that allow cars to park in the area in front of the house that lead to the beautiful garden that surrounds the entire villa ensuring privacy, an ideal place to spend hours of pleasant relaxation. The villa has a large veranda with two dining and relaxation areas, two are also the entrances. The first entrance leads to one of the two living rooms where we find a large sofa, 49'' satellite TV and a comfortable desk for home working, from here we access the spectacular living area with fully equipped kitchen and large dining table, the designer furniture frames a full-wall window that allows you to enjoy a breathtaking sea view even when sitting at the table. At any time of day and in any climate, the sight is memorable. A furnished corridor leads us to the sleeping area, we find the first suite with en-suite bathroom and private veranda, also with sea view, another full bathroom and two twin rooms that can be converted into doubles. This is followed by a triple room with a bunk bed and possible third single, another full bathroom and a large double. Continuing we enter the second large living room, also with big comfortable sofa and 50'' Smart TV and from here into the second beautiful kitchen of the house also fully equipped. This area leads to the last master bedroom suite with private bathroom and a large walk-in shower with chromotherapy. Completing the villa is an office area with a monitor, keyboard and mouse and two other service bathrooms with a washing machine. There is another entrance to the villa, which takes to the large garden where we do find the two scenic outdoor hot/cold showers.
The villa is full of quality features, among them two magnificent Weber BBQs, one of which also allows indirect cooking for true estimators. All windows have built-in mosquito nets and all rooms have air conditioning/dehumidifier/heat pump with fancoil system. Included is a great internet connection with latest generation Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the villa, which is rare in this area: whether you need to work or watch streaming movies, you will have no problems. This villa is the perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy tranquility and luxury in one of the most beautiful locations on the coast.
If you need baby equipment, all you need to do is request it: Accomodando provides free cribs, drop bars, high chairs, baby bathtubs, changing table tops, chair risers, etc... GEREMEAS RESIDENCE

Geremeas Residence is a private condo, the perfect place to spend your holidays in total tranquility and safety. There is the presence of a caretaker and most of the houses, as well as access to Marongiu Beach, are protected by automatic gate. This allows the central part of the beach to remain enjoyable even during the peak season, as being farther from public parking areas. The condo was built in the 70s by a well-known architect. The characteristic white houses have the same architectural setting, while they are different from each other and are surrounded by large gardens, providing privacy, shaded areas and outdoor relaxation. The condo is a true pearl of the southeastern coast of Sardinia and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the wonderful and numerous other bays of the territory, as well as the nearby inland, where you can find interesting archaeological sites and the Parco dei Sette Fratelli, an ideal destination for hiking and nature lovers.

Geremeas Residence is located in the south-eastern part of Sardinia, reachable from the beautiful panoramic road that leads from Cagliari to Villasimius or from the faster new internal road. It overlooks a wonderful three kilometers long bay on the eastern side of the Golfo degli Angeli, featuring three white sandy beaches, surrounded by promontories covered in Mediterranean scrub and by a sea of endless shades of blue. The bay is part of the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena and of Maracalagonis, residential areas less than twenty kilometers away. The two territories are separated by the river Riu Geremeas, the capacity of which increases considerably during the wintertime and flows into the sea, while during the summer it is reduced, creating a small pond close to the shoreline, an ideal habitat for a nice colony of ducks. The central part of the bay, also called Marongiu Beach, is located right in front of Geremeas Residence and is characterized by clear, thin sand that dives into a crystal clear sea and protected by dense sandy dunes surrounded by vegetation. The western part is the Kala 'e Moru beach (the saracen’s landing place), in the territory of Quartu. It is a sandy shore with tiny golden grains of sand washed by a transparent sea of iridescent colors and a sandy seabed. On the hill overlooking the beach stands the homonymous village, which the Bruncu de su Monte Moru promontory separates from the magnificent cove of Mari Pintau (painted sea). The eastern part, beside the river, is the beach of Baccu Mandara, in the territory of Maracalagonis, with soft, golden, slightly coarser sand, which is steep next to the shore. The beaches of Geremeas are equipped with facilities and refreshments, hire of bathing equipment and boating. In the winter time, when the northwesterly mistral wind blows, the bay becomes an ideal destination for kitesurfing and windsurfing enthusiasts. In the evening, you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets in comfort, watching the sun slowly 'hiding' itself behind Cagliari.
