A refined and bright apartment located on the third floor of Palazzo Raggi, a prestigious historic building that has been completely renovated and equipped with the latest amenities. The property is situated in the heart of Rome, right in the pedestrian zone, in an exclusive location just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Barberini, and the Ara Pacis, adjacent to the streets lined with the most iconic shopping brands, Via dei Condotti, Via del Babbuino, and Via del Corso, where the city’s main Apple Store is located, as well as galleries, museums, and exhibitions of ancient and modern art. Near our property is Via Veneto, a symbol of the “Dolce Vita,” as well as the city’s most famous park, Villa Borghese, ideal for walks and outdoor activities in its majestic tree-lined gardens. Located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), the area is accessible only to authorized vehicles. In addition to secure parking lots, there are also on-street parking spaces, both paid (blue lines) and free (white lines).

• The Host is not responsible for personal items or documents left unattended inside the apartment.

• An airport transfer service to/from the airport is available upon request through an external company (payment made directly to the driver; average cost €90.00).
• External laundry service available upon request; items must be dropped off by 12:00 PM and will be returned within 24 hours.
• Free change of bed linens and towel sets every 3 days for each guest.
• Extra change upon request: €5.00 per set of towels, €7.00 for bed linens.
• Daily housekeeping and cleaning service from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM included; outside of these hours, the service is available for €30.00.
