This sea-view apartment for rent is spread over one level, measuring approximately 35 square meters and open on two sides, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area with an open kitchen and a splendid sea view. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom located at the back of the apartment, with direct access to the garden, and a second double bedroom with a single bed, perfect for families. On the right side is a bathroom with a window and a stunning sea view.
Outside, the property offers a large furnished porch with a 180° panoramic sea view, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation. The property also includes a rear outdoor space and a shared garden.

- Rentals are limited to a maximum of 4 adults and one child under 10.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 7:30 PM.
- Small pets are allowed with a €30 surcharge (dogs only).
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40 for a double set (also for single use) and €20 for a single set. Not bookable on site
- If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborliness), otherwise we will withhold €50 from the security deposit.

Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on our opening hours.
