We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean, wash dishes, and recycle waste.

The air-conditioned accommodation is designed for maximum comfort during your stay. It features two spacious bedrooms, a bright living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and bidet, a flat-screen Smart TV, a washing machine, air conditioning, and free satellite Wi-Fi, making it perfect for longer stays or remote workers.
Outside, guests can relax on the private patio with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners after a day at the beach. The property also offers a garden and free private parking.

If you're a group of young people, the house only welcomes guests 21 and up. Growing up has its perks.

We love them, but this vacation is for humans only.

Deposit: €200 (mandatory)
A gesture of mutual trust: It will be refunded within a few days of your stay. We recommend paying in cash, which is due on the day if you depart after 3:00 PM (time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.

Double bed linen set €40 (also for single use), single bed linen set €20. Please request before arrival.

Times to respect
Check-in 4:00 PM–7:30 PM.
Check-out by 9:00 AM.
Arriving after 8:00 PM? €50 supplement.

If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborliness), otherwise we will withhold €50 from the security deposit.

Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For selected properties, key collection usually takes place directly at the property or at our offices in Mola.
