Ca'n Xala is a renovated apartment located in a quiet area of Cala'n Bosch with access to a communal pool. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, an air conditioned living dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar. The private terrace, with table and chairs and views of the pool, offers a pleasant space in summer. The area is well connected and close to Menorca's most popular beaches, as well as supermarkets and restaurants.
On the side, a small archway leads to the sleeping area. Here there are two bedrooms with windows to the outside: one with a 150 cm double bed and full length mirror, and another with two 90 cm single beds. Both have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable temperature during the warmer months.
Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower, practical for vacation stays.
Outside, the private terrace offers a pleasant space to relax, with tiled flooring, a table, chairs, an awning, and direct views of the communal pool. Its orientation, with no buildings directly opposite and neighbors only on the upper floor, provides an additional sense of calm and privacy, creating a comfortable environment to enjoy the summer.
In addition to the pool, the communal area has a playground, designed so that children staying at the complex can play in complete comfort.
There is Wi Fi throughout the apartment and bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided for all guests. The residential complex has a communal swimming pool divided into three areas, a children's playground, and a large green area where you can relax or sunbathe. During your stay, you will have access to the entire apartment, its private terrace, and the communal areas of the residential complex. The living dining room has air conditioning and the bedrooms have ceiling fans, allowing you to maintain a comfortable temperature during the warmer months. Although there is no private parking, the street surrounding the complex offers free parking spaces and it is usually easy to find a place to park.
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. It will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. A cot and high chair are available upon request; it is recommended to request them in advance to ensure availability. Out of respect for the community, please keep noise levels down at night. Parties and events are not permitted.

Since this is primarily a vacation area, we recommend visiting Ciutadella just a 15 minute drive away if you re looking for a wider variety of shops or more affordable prices. Cala n Bosch Beach is a 5 minute walk away, and Cala Son Xoriguer is about a 10 minute walk away. Cala Son Xoriguer is known for its clear waters and as the starting point for the Camí de Cavalls trails, which are ideal for hiking or accessing more remote coves. Additionally, a 20 minute drive will take you to iconic beaches such as Son Saura, Cala Turqueta, and Cala Macarella, famous for their white sand and turquoise waters. Just a 5 minute drive away is the Far d Artrutx, one of the most striking spots in southwestern Menorca, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and, on clear days, catch a glimpse of the outline of Mallorca. The marina is also nearby, offering water sports, boat rentals, and a wide variety of dining options. For those wishing to discover Menorca s cultural side, Líthica Pedreres de s Hostal is about a 15 minute drive away an old quarry converted into a cultural space featuring stone labyrinths and summer activities. A short distance further on is the Naveta des Tudons, one of the island s most important Talayotic monuments and part of the Menorca Talayotic complex, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
To get to the center of Ciutadella and travel around the island's various coves and points of interest, you will need transportation. Within the residential complex, however, a car is not necessary, as the beach, marina, and main services are within walking distance of the apartment. To explore Menorca, the best option is to have your own vehicle (car or motorbike), as this offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as access to beaches and more remote areas that are not served by public transport. Even so, very close to the apartment you will find a bus stop with a direct connection to Ciutadella. From there, other lines depart to different locations on the island.
