Thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort, the suite features a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) that guarantees a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a light dinner, the fully equipped kitchen—complete with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffee machine—has everything you need.
Your journey starts at the street level, where you enter a private, gated courtyard shared between two heritage houses. This Mediterranean terrace serves as your outdoor oasis, featuring your own dedicated table and chairs. From the courtyard, a short flight of stone stairs leads you up to the entrance of your private studio.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not yet ready, you are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge at our main reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14, while you explore the town or enjoy lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.

In order to receive your keylock code and detailed access information to your property, you are required to fill out our Pre check-in form. Please keep in mind that any outstanding balance needs to be paid prior to arrival, otherwise the keylock code won’t be sent to you automatically. Additionally, as part of Croatian regulations, we kindly ask you to fill out your passport details in Pre check-in form as we are required to register all guests in the Croatian Registry of Tourists called eVisitor.
