Apartment is located in Ulica Gorica svetog Vlaha 12. It has good connectivity with Old Town and in area you can find restaurants, bars and beach.
This studio can accommodate up to two guests in a bedroom with double bed. Private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer and toiletries. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, utensils, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Furnished balcony offers sea view.

The apartment is located on Gorica. It is the area full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.
As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

Wonderful experience! Hosts were extremely responsive, place was clean and full of amenities. About a 30 minute walk from Old Town, but easily accessible by bus or Uber if need be. Quaint area near Bellevue Beach.

Everything was good and the view was spectacular although not in front of the sea directly since there are some houses in the front.. but still a very nice view!! Also very close to Bellevue beach.. one of the most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik

After an unexpected delay in our trip, we needed a place for the night and Slavica’s place was perfect. We booked the morning of (very last minute) and Slavica was nothing but helpful and accomodating us with an early check in and great communication. Great place would recommend to everyone!

The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony and the location is excellent. However, we had some difficulties with cooking. We specifically chose an apartment with a kitchen because it was important for us to be able to cook and fry meals without issues. Unfortunately, there is no extractor hood, which caused some discomfort.

We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described in the description and photos. It’s about 20-30 mins walk to old town. There is also a corner shop about 4 mins walk from studio which was handy to get essentials. The sea view from the balcony is amazing. Everything was positive with our experience of staying here.

Great cozy apartement with everything you need. Easy contactless checkin with a key box. Nice balcony. A bit far for oldtown and we didn’t figure out how to get there by bus so we ended up using uber. We didn’t manage to get the room cool enough with the AC in my opinion, trying multiple settings. Apart from that, everything was great!

Nothing bad to say about this place. Host was friendly and responsive. Check in was super easy and the apartment is easy to find. The street is really quiet and peaceful and feels super safe. Apartment was clean and fully functioning and looked just like in the pictures. The air conditioning in the apartment was a huge plus as well as the balcony with the sea view. Overall a really nice apartment, would recommend for sure! 😊

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The place was clean and as described in the photos. You have everything you need and the mattress and blankt were comfortable, nespresso machine with coffee pods is a great addition. Also, the host is very responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony is wonderful although I didn’t use it much as it was cold during my visit. The place is also quite modern. Few things to work on: light along the stairs to the room, instructions for the washing machine in English. Overall, I would certainly book this place again if ever I find myself in Dubrovnik.
