The living area is designed to be both comfortable and social. A cosy sofa bed facing the smart TV creates the perfect spot to unwind, while just behind it, the dining area provides a pleasant space to gather for meals. Right next to it, the kitchen is modern, elegant, and filled with natural light, with a wide opening that connects it beautifully to the dining space and enhances the apartment’s open, airy feel. Wood details and refined finishes add character and create a warm, contemporary atmosphere throughout.



The layout makes the apartment especially flexible for different types of guests. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and offers a calm, comfortable retreat for a couple, while the second bedroom is spacious and furnished with two single beds, ideal for friends, family members, or colleagues. In addition, the double sofa bed in the living room allows the apartment to accommodate up to 5 guests with ease.

The location is especially convenient for guests visiting Niguarda Hospital, one of Milan’s main medical centres, which is located at Piazza Ospedale Maggiore 3 and can be reached quickly from the apartment. The area is also close to local green spaces and neighbourhood landmarks such as Villa Litta and its park, adding a pleasant residential feel to the surroundings.



Getting Around:

Getting into the city centre is simple thanks to the nearby M3 yellow metro line. From Affori Centro, which is about a short walk away, you can reach Duomo directly in around 13 minutes, making it easy to visit the historic centre, shopping streets, and many of Milan’s main attractions without complicated changes. Affori FN is another useful nearby stop on the same line, with direct connections to central Milan in about 15 minutes. The area is also served by nearby surface transport stops, making day-to-day travel straightforward and convenient.
