- the flat is located on the fourth floor with lift of an Art Nouveau building in the centre of Milan

- sleeps 4 in the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with chrome therapy and a bench inside the shower as well as a very spacious walk-in wardrobe.

- both bathrooms in the flat have a shower with overhead shower and bidet.
- each guest is provided with 3 towels
- the flat offers a small but functional laundry area with washer/dryer and everything you need for laundry inside the second bathroom

- the kitchen is fully equipped with everything, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter hood, water boiler, minipiner and of course a complete set of cutlery, pans and plates

- coffee is offered with a Nespresso machine

- the living area, very cosy, has a 55" samsung TV with Netflix service and prime video (via playstation console) as well as Wifi connection throughout the house

- in the living room there is an additional bed for a possible fifth guest, a four-seater sofa and a nice little balcony from which you can see the whole street.

- check-in and check-out independently without keys via a numeric combination lock, however the owner will be happy to welcome you as often as possible

Beautiful Apartment

We spent 5 days in Milan and very much enjoyed this beautiful apartment. Elia was easy to reach and communicate with, providing great suggestions for food and restaurantOptions. The apartment was big and was in a great location to access the metro options. Highly recommend!!!

Cozy apartment, pod location to get around Milan

Great stay with family, nearby grocery stores. Elevator makes it easy to access 4th floor. Large shower was a lovely benefit of this apartment.

Great location

The apartment was very pretty on the inside and outside. It was a place I felt like I could live long term which was great. Easy getting around as there is a metro line five minutes away which with connections could get you anywhere in the city. Will be even easier in a few months once the new line is fully completed. Also there is a large grocery store a block away. Great restaurants nearby and felt very safe anytime we were walking around.

Spacious flat in Milan

Nice property with all you needed. Air conditioning, two nice beds. As with any Vrbo, some things in the flat take a minute to figure out since it is not your home but no issues with us. Everyone in apartment building was very welcoming. Flat was about a 30 minute walk to main city square which we were able to do. Not most convenient for the metro, but if you can navigate the bus/tram system which we did, you can get there. We'd stay there again for sure.

Nice apartment, very clean and modern.

We stayed for a week. We enjoyed the apartment. Everybody was perfect once we figured everything out. Unfortunately I had to text the host several times to ask how to find things or make things work, as there were no instructions. The host said he has a sheet of instructions but the guests take them each time. We never found the light switch for the over the stove lights. After four days we finally found the area with all the nice restaurants. Good amenities nearby. Good transportation options. We had a lovely time in Milan!

Overall this property was as listed. Would have been nice to have a few cups and glass ware in the kitchen but was otherwise a nice apartment and served us well for our one night stay.

Convenient Milan Location

Our location was wonderful: about 1 mile to the Duomo and a plethora of historic sites. Our neighborhood also had numerous eateries in which we didn't have a bad meal. The only downside was our arrival: we had no way to enter the building until a resident let us in; the building was also under construction on the facade which severly limited our view. There were no instructions on the flat equipments which made for an adventure. There was no orientation to facilitate a smoother arrival.

Great stay in Milan

Great location close to metro station allowing easy access to the entire city. Be advised, the hot water heater capacity is small. Plan your showers accordingly!

Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Milan at the Porta Venezia apartment. Elia was very responsive to any requests we had and let us drop our luggage off before check-in time which was very helpful. Getting to the city center took a little while but we found great restaurants in the neighborhood. If you don't mind the travel to get to the city center this is a great place to stay.

Perfect stay for our trip to Milan

Tolles zentrales Apartment

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und man kommt mit der Metro innerhalb weniger Minuten sowohl zum Dom als auch zum Airport. Der Zugang mittels Code ist sehr komfortabel. Das Apartment hat alles, was es braucht, sofern man nicht groß kochen will. Die 2 Bäder sind sehr angenehm und sparen viel Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und waren sehr zufrieden. 😀

Lovely neighbourhood, nice flat

We were thrilled that the host was willing to let us drop off our luggage. The beds were comfortable, AC was good, laundry facilities was a bonus. The neighbourhood was fabulous!! Public transit, grocery store, restaurants and cafes all within a 5 minute walk. Unfortunately, the kitchen was under stocked, it was lacking welcome instructions and the wifi was not very good.

Good but not WOW!

This apartment was on par with the photos but not the description for us unfortunately. No clue how to work the washing machine/dryer (I think it’s all in one?) & communications we’re lacking…it should really have some sort of direction. The shower water was freezing cold for most of our group. And unfortunately, when we had just checked in the sofa bed was apparently all of a sudden broken. We booked this particular apartment bc of the extra bed & person we had 😩…luckily the couch was pretty big and we didn’t have another 6th person. Otherwise, it is a nice, very clean place-hence the 4 stars. *Be aware: You are on the 4th floor. Luckily an elevator is there to use but it’s small so we just used it for sending luggage instead of waiting to make rounds for each of us to go up.
