Seas The Day est un beau condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain donnant sur les eaux du golfe vert émeraude. Le 401-B est situé au 4ème étage du bâtiment B dans le Majestic Sun, un complexe de condominiums de luxe. Il a été récemment rénové avec tout le confort de la maison. La cuisine gastronomique est entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, un bec à eau filtrée et un garde-manger surdimensionné avec des étagères coulissantes. Seas The Day a un sol en carreaux avec des tapis de surface minimale créant un remplissage chaleureux. Toutes les salles de bains sont comme un spa avec des miroirs lumineux, des vanités en marbre et des douches en verre sans soudure.

Seas The Day est une merveilleuse unité pour les familles avec enfants qui aiment nager. Les parents peuvent facilement regarder leurs enfants nager dans la piscine extérieure depuis le balcon. Le balcon peut accueillir tout le monde pour voir les levers et couchers de soleil spectaculaires.

Nos petits-enfants ont partagé avec nous que la minute où ils ouvrent la porte du condo, l'arôme du surf et du sable abonde.

Happy Beach Days!

Wonderful property, the condo itself was fully stocked and beautifully decorated! The owner was very attentive with any questions! There were 4 adults and 3 children for our stay and it was very comfortable with all of us sharing this space! My only complaint, and no fault of the owner, was the pool was dirty with scum on the sides on the tile. Other than that, our stay was great, and I would recommend to anyone! Thank you again for sharing your space with my family and friends!

Incredible Stay

Seas The Day is such a beautiful place. Very comfortable, homey, clean, updated and well maintained. The kitchen has just about everything you could possibly need. Beds and pillows all super comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room and on the balcony. Cynthia is an amazing host. Very prompt with responses and accommodating and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend and we definitely plan on staying again in the future.

Wonderful week at the beach

Cynthia was very prompt to respond to any questions we had throughout the duration of the vacation and the weeks leading up to check in. The condo is well maintained, decorated very tastefully, and boasted an amazing view of the gulf. The condo is right above the pool (on the 4th floor) so it got to be a bit loud at times but that is understandable. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic Summer Getaway

The unit was amazing with an awesome view. The space was perfect for a group of 3 adults and 4 kids - bathrooms, dining room, and bedrooms are all set up well. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach was perfect and so close; we loved being able to pop down to the beach with a short walk across the street. The pool is nice and has hoses for washing off after the beach. Highly recommend this unit.

Overjoyed with our stay!

This property was everything and more! We stay at Majestic Sun 2 times a year but this was our first time in 401B. The king bed was VERY comfortable and the remainder of the condo was just beautiful. We met the owners and they were just lovely and very accommodating. This is worth the stay and will not disappoint! You need to make your next beach visit in this very wonderful condo so you can “Seas The Day”!!

Wonderful Beachfront Home

From the moment we stepped foot into the property, we were impressed by how nicely updated and clean the condo was. Travelling with our two young children, we really appreciated how spacious the condo was including the three bathrooms. Each morning we spent time on the balcony sipping our coffee and enjoying the peaceful sound of the waves lapping up on the beach. The home was peaceful and quiet and provided so many amenities, including the workout room and indoor/outdoor pools. Since there were double red flag conditions on the beach for a few days of our stay, the pools were greatly appreciated to keep our young ones entertained. The condo was well stocked with all that you could need with tons of storage space. We cannot wait to stay again in the future!

We love this condo!

This is our second time staying in this condo and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It’s incredibly well stocked, very nice and comfortable, and has all the amenities a family needs. It’s easy access to a beautiful beach and we highly recommend it, especially with children!

Perfect location

Condo has been nicely renovated with upscale features like granite countertops, 2-tone kitchen cabinetry, stainless appliances, lighted mirrors in bathrooms with a walk in shower. Huge balcony with rocking chairs to enjoy early morning sunrises while drinking coffee. Walk out front to the nicest beach stretch in Destin imo. Safe swimming for kids and waves big enough to boogie board. Softest sand I’ve ever felt and clear turquoise water to cap it off. You can’t go wrong staying at the majestic and this condo is as nice as it gets.

Spring Break trip

Such an amazing and relaxing time spent here! Sitting on the balcony and soaking in the hot tub was a perfect way to spend our time off. Easy walk to the beach and to shopping areas. Everything was perfect and the condo was stocked with all the kitchen items we needed!

Beautiful location

The condo was equipped with everything you'd need for a very pleasant stay. The only thing we found annoying was the high pitched whistle sound coming from the pool area. It made sitting on the balcony unpleasant. They said, it was coming from the hot tub.

A wonderful condo that faces the beach. It was a pretty quiet week which we truly enjoyed. We cooked nearly every day and really appreciated all the accommodations for doing so. The beds are the most comfortable I have felt in a rental. Thanks for having us and we hope to come back and enjoy again.

Amazing

This condo was absolutely amazing. It’s fully stocked. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a condo that was as stocked as this one. Anything you needed, they had it. Including spices. This was by far the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. Location was great. Beach was beautiful. We had a great week and look forward to returning in the future if time allows us. I can’t express how clean and nice this unit was. It was more than we could have hoped for. My little boy absolutely loved his room.

Perfect condo and location

We stayed here for a week with our kids, 9 and 6, and another couple of friends. The condo has more than enough space for everyone. Each room having their own bathroom was great, we could all have our privacy when we needed it. It’s steps from the beach and we were able to come up for lunch every day and go back out. The pool was a blast and the kids loved that. Perfect location for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

We were very happy to find the accommodations were just as they were pictured...beautiful and clean, and the kitchen was more than adequately supplied with cooking and storage utensils. Fabulous Condo

Condo is wonderful and in great location! Extra refrigerator/freezer was a big plus. We had two families and the condo had plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. We had a dishwasher that didn’t work and Cynthia let us know ahead of time, great communication! Thank you so much!!

A wishful dream came into reality! When my wife and I purchased "Seas The Day", we had three grown children, NOW our family has grown to 14. Our goal on the onset was to lease for six months during the season, and during the offseason, have our family enjoy the beauty of the condo and the area. This goal has been achieved. Our family thoroughly enjoys "Seas The Day" from October to March. We all live in Atlanta, Georgia area and the six and a half hour trip to Miramar Beach is well worth the drive. In our future retirement, Miramar Beach will be our special retreat spending our mornings with coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and in the evening watching the sunsets and thanking the stars for granting our wish.
