Bienvenue dans ce trois chambres / trois salles de bains situé au 9ème étage du complexe recherché de Majestic Sun 914A à Destin! Ne cherchez pas plus loin votre location de vacances idéale! Situé au neuvième étage, en vous dirigeant vers votre grand balcon, votre vue sur le golfe est à perte de vue.

Le Majestic Sun 914A est une unité de coin qui garantit l'intimité tout en laissant plus de lumière grâce aux fenêtres latérales supplémentaires. La chambre principale du GULF FRONT est magnifique avec un lit king size et une grande salle de bains principale. La deuxième chambre est spacieuse avec un lit queen size. La troisième chambre a 2 lits doubles, parfaits pour les enfants ou les parents avec de jeunes enfants. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen qui est idéal pour les invités supplémentaires. Il y a trois salles de bain complètes.

Avec cette location, vous disposez de deux chaises de plage et d'un parasol dans votre condo que vous pouvez emmener à la plage au lieu de dépenser 40 $ par jour auprès de l'opérateur de services de plage local. Pour plus de commodité, notre bureau est sur place, au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment B du Majestic Sun, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit.

Au Majestic Sun Beach Resort, vous pourrez passer vos journées à profiter de plusieurs équipements, dont une piscine intérieure (chauffée en hiver), une piscine ext��rieure, deux bains à remous, un centre de remise en forme faisant face au golfe et bien plus encore. Exceeded High Expectation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You never know what you get with online rentals, but this unit exceeded already high expectations - comfortable, easy access, everything we needed. The accommodation was only exceeded by the service. From the time of rental, during the stay, to after check-out folks at Glass Casa were responsive, easy to reach, very accommodating and seemed invested in making sure the stay was great. A small issue with a sink that drained slow was addressed successfully within 10 minutes of my call. Several shirts were left in a drawer, but with one call, no muss no fuss, wheels were put in motion to have them shipped back to me. Highly recommended.

I specifically chose it for the heated pool, which was great for the kids since we were not traveling during beach weather. Common areas are big so it doesn't feel cramped and the view is beautiful. Covenient to everything we were doing in the Destin area but felt peaceful at night. I recommend stopping at Publix on your way in to stock up on groceries, to just enjoy the home and beach once you arrive.

Family Vacation

Very clean, furniture was nice, all 3 the bedrooms had comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, the condo had plenty of space it was very open. The 2 beach chairs need to be replaced, they are rusted, so I suggest take your own or rent the chairs & umbrella from the beach rental. We loved the place, will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed the stay. The view was incredible from the balcony. The only frustrating part was the limited elevator space. It was a decent wait at times to catch the elevator.

Great Place!!

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The check in process was the best I have ever experienced. There was plenty of dishes and lots of extra utensils and such for cooking. Honestly the only issues we had at all was of the toilets don’t flush well. We had to plunge them several times especially the master bath and the main sliding glass door is VERY hard to open and close.

Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay! The only negative things we can say are the beds are too soft (but some may like that), the dining chairs a wobbly (which is fine, we just don’t want anyone to get hurt in the future, the couches are older and not very comfortable but we weren’t in the condo much. Also, the front door was hard to open and close. We did notice that the actual door frame was coming apart from the wall (might need to make maintenance aware). The condo is VERY clean, the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. The laundry room was great to have and worked well. All appliances worked well and were used daily. The view is amazing and the amenities were perfect for our vacation. This location is perfect for the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would rent this condo again.

Great location and plenty of space

Loved our week at Majestic Sun. This was our 4th time to Destin and 2nd time at Majestic Sun. The condo is nice. We enjoyed having enough space for 6 of us…3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect. Kitchen had all the necessities. Enjoyed being on a corner space. Enjoyed the pool since it was double red flags a couple of days. Workout area was a nice feature. Beach access was easy to get to and not too large of a space to get through to access the beach front. It is right next to public access so it did get busy at times but not so bad it ruined the days. We enjoyed walking down to shop at some of the stores nearby which was nice not having to drive. Plenty of parking in the garage. Easy access to both main strip and back road along beach front. Thank you for a great week!

Summer vacay

We had an awesome time in Majestic Sun 914A! Weather wasn’t all that great the entire week, only had 2 good sunny days so we spent a lot of time inside. The condo was very clean, spacious (all 6 of us could sit and watch a movie comfortably in the living room) and accommodating with all the amenities needed for your home away from home! The view from the balcony was spectacular and the pool and hot tub felt great after a long day at the beach! The 2 lounge chairs and large umbrella were also a very helpful addition for our party of 6. The host was also very helpful and responsive! Definitely recommend this property and we will be back!

The ocean view was relaxing as we drank coffee on the balcony in the morning and played games in the evening. The pool was nice, but not as clean as I would have liked, but we came to the beach for the ocean, not the pool. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Miramar Beach, and would be perfectly happy to come back in the near future.

Great for families!

Our family of 10 stayed comfortably in this unit. We had 3 babies under the age of 3, so we needed plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as far as utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment. We made very good use of the washer and dryer, especially with all the babies’ clothes and bedding. The location is super convenient to the beach and restaurants. The pool is very nice, and even on the busiest days, we didn’t feel too crowded. In addition, the pool was always manned by a security person. As for the unit, it is older, but it has been kept up for the most part. The bathrooms need some attention, especially the one in the master bedroom. I found mold along the ceiling of the shower and neither sink had a working stopper—I was careful not to drop anything down te drain! Overall, I would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying in this complex. We have small grandkids. In preparation of the holiday week we rented “premium” beach chairs with umbrellas. Signs throughout the beach state no canapys in front of a certain area. (Basically in front of the front beach chairs). This is not enforced as we had to ask several families to not set up in front of our front position. We could not see the children for safety reasons. All would be great if this was enforced. People would put beach chairs in front of you all day. Sad. Will not ever go back.

October Destin trip

Beach access could be better explained and a way to wash off sand before entering the condo, would have been a plus . A Very clean condo but decor dated and the furniture passable except for single chair which was dirty & you sank to the floor . We only used the stove top and even though clean the eyes were unstable . Having the electric skillet saved us . The patio doors were difficult to open and close .Glass door in the master bathroom, needs adjusting , as it hits when closing . This will eventually get broken.I would think twice before using this condo again , unless updated . But it was clean !

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Majestic Sun many times since it was new. This year was a large family trip with a total of 4 units rented. Our unit (A914) was most generic and not near as nice as other units rented by the family. A914 is showing significant wear and is need of updating. Furniture and mattresses need replacing. Master Suite mattress is horrible. The unit is large and comfortable size. Nice location at the west end of building A, so no traffic/noise by the walkway bedroom windows at night.I would not book this unit again if priced the same as other 3 bedroom Majestic Sun units. I would expect a 25-30% discount in price for this unit as compared to other 3 bed/3 bath units in Majestic Sun.

Wonderful Experience

Communication with the company from the get go was excellent. If I had a question or concern they answered me with 24 hours. The directions and check-in was easy. The room itself is located in a good spot with easy access and views of the beach. It was clean, roomy, tv had great channel's. If we didn't bring our own kitchen supplies they did give good starter stuff like dish soap, dishwasher pods, clothes washer pods, toilet paper and paper towels. The linen was clean, the apartment was clean. Even behind the resort had beautiful scenery, like the pond and bridge over the pond. I will definitely be teaching out to stay with the company again at Seascape. It was all my family and I hoped it would be.

When we arrived, "easy listening" music was playing in every room, which was a nice touch! Only recommendation is to provide a broom and dustpan. We wanted to sweep the floor since sand was getting everywhere, but all we could find was a vacuum. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. :)

Gorgeous condo with excellent views!

The condo was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Very central to lots of stores and places to eat! The kids totally enjoyed the pool and everyone enjoyed the beach. Beautiful white sand!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At check-in they were running late, never received a phone call and when I called the representative didn't give me a reason nor apoligize. He kept telling me that I should of read the fine print. He also stated that they don't guarantee a 4pm check in. Honestly, who actually reads the fine print?! We weren't able to check in until 4:40pm. The rental was as advertised, view was amazing and clean. The customer representative that I talked to was unprofessional and could of explained why they were running late and apologized instead of telling me over an over that I should of read the fine print. I will not use Glass Casa again because of that reason.
