Détendez-vous et dînez sur votre balcon au large de la tanière ou de la chambre principale tout en donnant sur la plage, le nouveau complexe aquatique avec piscine pour enfants, cascade et bain à remous et de nombreux barbecues / grillades. L'unité 136 est à quelques pas de la plage au troisième étage avec l'ascenseur juste devant votre porte d'entrée. Le bâtiment # 1 vous place le plus près de la plage, plus près que toutes les autres unités de 3 chambres.
L'unité est conçue pour accueillir les familles. Il y a 4 nouveaux téléviseurs grand écran dans la tanière et chaque chambre. Il y a de grands espaces verts dans toute la propriété où les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité loin de toutes les rues.

A top notch property and experience. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Nice furniture, soft towels for our sunburns, fantastic view. Stocked kitchen. Great communication, too. Family loved it!

We have been vacationing at Mainsail for the r past 10 years and this may very well be the BEST condo we have stayed in yet! The owner is very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend this unit if you are looking for a high end unit with a reasonable rate!

Great Condo!

Great condo with easy, clean access to the beach! Loved the balcony access from both the den and the master bedroom. Perfect driving distance to restaurants and activities. The property and beach were clean and well cared for. The beach is perfect for walking. Very clean and flat. We have stayed at Mainsail before and this condo is our favorite one, yet. Love the location based on beach and elevator access. We would definitely stay here again!

We would definitely book again!

This property was everything it was advertised to be! The location is great, the condo was clean, and the owner was very friendly. We had one very minuscule issue that was promptly taken care of very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place on the beach.

Better than imagined

The accommodations were outstanding. This was the first real vacation since Covid so we were excited to get away and we’re not disappointed. No one could think of anything they would change about the place or the location. The condo was first class and everything we hoped for. The location was spectacular with shopping within walking distance and the ocean and beach were perfect. We were very pleased and very sad we had to leave.

Close to the beach

Nicely updated 3bd/3bth. Plenty of room for adults, teens and children. Easy beach access. Owner is easy to communicate with. Grounds aren’t the prettiest overall but everything you need is right nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Top-Notch Experience

Great 3BR, 3BA unit with excellent view! The owner/property manager was very communicative and immediately fixed one minor issue that we had (not their fault). We will hopefully have the chance to stay there again in the future.

Family vacation

We selected this location because we had been to Mainsail before. We hadn't been to this condo before but expected it would be nice. This exceeded our expectations. We had a great view of the beach and the included beach chairs were great although we had to reserve them early each day. There were many upgrades and the condo and it looked like it had been remodeled recently or was well maintained. Everyone was impressed. Hope to rent again soon.

Super Comfortable and Relaxing

We spent the whole week in this very comfortable condo 100 yards from the beach. It was right by the trash chute and elevator which was super convenient! We will definitely be booking here again!

Excellent Vacation!

We were very pleased with the condo and how close it is to the beach. Everything was as the owner stated. Very well maintained and loved the view from the balcony. The emerald waters and white soft sand was beautiful! The condo is very close to shopping and numerous restaurants. Just beware that there is construction going on because they are trying to expand the main highway from two lanes to three. So leave early if going out to dinner. We really had awesome weather and food during our stay. We all really needed this wonderful and relaxing vacation. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place.

Kirth owns Unit 252 and my sister-in-law Mickey owns Unit 223. We are a close family which enjoys our beach times together throughout the year.
