There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 family bathroom and a toilet. It also has 2 sitting rooms, 1 dinning room, kitchen and patio / garden with side access.



We have a great top of the range WIFI setup to accommodate families and people working.

The whole house is available to the person who rents it. Its a great spacious house in the heart of everything in Guildford.

You are just a short ten minute walk from Guildford Train Station, making travel into London or across Surrey incredibly simple. For shopping enthusiasts, the Friary Shopping Centre is less than fifteen minutes away on foot, offering a wide array of high street brands. The surrounding streets are lined with charming local cafes, traditional pubs, and diverse dining options to suit every taste. Whether you are strolling along the nearby River Wey or exploring the cobbled High Street, you will love the vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere of this prime location.

It brings everything together in one place, from step by step check in details and the wifi, to our own local guide with the best places to eat, things to do, events on while you are here and the spots we would happily send our own friends to. The practical bits are all in there too, like parking, how the appliances work and checkout, so you can settle straight in and enjoy the area without hunting around for answers.



Make the stay your own



If you would like to add a few extras, just let us know. We can arrange early check in, a later checkout, a welcome gift basket on arrival, and we are always happy to talk through bringing a pet along. Whatever would make the stay more comfortable, we will do our best to sort it.

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we ask all guests to complete a few simple steps before check-in. After making your reservation, you will receive a separate link to complete everything in one place. This is a separate process from your accommodation payment and includes:

• Completing a quick identity verification

• Choosing your preferred damage protection option



You can choose one of the following:



£500 refundable security deposit - returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue.



OR



A non-refundable damage waiver

Charged at £20 per day, up to a maximum of £45, depending on the length of your stay. The damage waiver helps cover minor accidental damage.



All steps are completed through the link you receive and must be completed before check-in.
