Evergreen Lodge at Kingfisher Lakes can be found overlooking a lake on the tranquil Kingfisher Lakes glamping site just outside the village of Brandesburton and close to the bustling seaside town of Hornsea on the East Riding coastline. With it’s unique location, close to the waters edge, and the addition of a wood fired hot tub, Evergreen Lodge is the perfect place for a get away from it all family or friends holiday. Kingfisher Lakes is set between two lakes formed from old gravel pits. Now surrounded with mature willow trees, it is a haven for wildlife including its namesake the Kingfisher, Herons and Dragonflies. Step inside into the large open plan living area. The kitchen offers all the facilities expected of a Yorkshire holiday home with plenty of worktop space the chef in the group will be delighted to prepare delicious evening meals or a hearty breakfast before heading out for the day. The large dining table sits to one side and is ideally placed to enjoy the fantastic views across the lake. Relax and unwind on an evening on the deep filled sofa which also doubles as additional seating for two. Evergreen Lodge at Kingfisher Lakes offers both a kingsize bedroom and a bunk room. The accommodation is completed with a pristine house shower room with heated towel rail. Throw open the French doors in the main living area and step outside on the enclosed decking where you will find additional seating, here you can watch sublime sunsets or the most amazing sun rises.

A pair of binoculars is provided so you can enjoy the wildlife close up! Tucked around the side of the lodge, yet retaining stunning views of the lake, is the wood fired hot tub. After a long day exploring the East Coast why not submerge yourself in the warm water, relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings? With no TV, allow yourself a digital detox whilst staying at this stunning lakeside lodge and immerse yourself in the wildlife on offer. The area is popular with both walkers and cyclists alike with paths lead directly from the site into the surrounding countryside. If you fancy a little fun on the water why not hire a kayak for a few hours (additional charges apply) and fishing with own equipment is also available on-site with no extra charge.

The village of Brandesburton offers a village store, traditional pubs, deli and also a restaurant, whilst the seaside town of Hornsea is just a 10-minute drive away offering sandy beaches, Victorian promenade and a plethora of tea rooms, fish and chip restaurants and shopping opportunities. Enjoy cliff top walking at Bempton, Sewerby or Flamborough and in land explore the unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds.
