Our stay was perfecto… The terrace is unbelievable, and especially the night view. It couldn’t be any better as it was centrally located to walk to every excursion we had on our bucket list. Host met every need we had and then some. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for two weeks in October. I had wanted to experience living in Florence as I had done for six months in college many years ago! We were not disappointed, and the apartment was as much a part of our immersion into Italian life as the sights, museums, and streets of Florence. It is in a wonderful location for walking in the historic district, with a great selection of restaurants in the neighborhood. The pictures of the views from the private terrace don’t do it justice. They are spectacular, and you can open the windows and hear the church bells. The apartment is well appointed with comfortable beds, nice kitchen, walk in shower, and a washing machine! Antonella and Stefano were great hosts. They gave us written recommendations for many restaurants owned by locals and other sights and tips for seeing the city. We highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay in Florence! The peaceful apartment was so centrally located we were able to pop back in several times a day. We had coffee & cocktails on the charming terrace daily. The grocery on the block was super convenient, as well as the elevator ;) My only wish was that there was an extra layer of linen on the bed, but it didn't bother us enough to ask our hosts. Thank you for a special space to stay in Florence! Ciao!

If you are looking for a beautiful stay in an extremely convenient location, this is it. The apartment was stunning and in the absolute perfect location to make everything you'd want to see in Florence easily walkable. For context we visited in July, so it is very hot in the city (as expected in the summer). There is only one AC unit in the apt so if you visit in the summer as we did it will be a bit on the warmer side inside the apartment. Keep the bathroom and kitchen doors closed and sleep with the bedroom doors open to get the AC and you'll be just fine. The terrance had a soft breeze in the evening making it usable then. The host does have a few adapters available, and we were very grateful for this as one of our EU adapters stopped working along the way. I do recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner if needed!

Location was fabulous! Our host, Stefano was very hospitable and gave us recommendations for restaurants, shopping and other local places off the beaten path. Place was very clean and patio was very relaxing.

The apartment is just as listed and expected. It features a beautiful terrace where we spent most of our time when at home. There’s convenient shops and restaurants nearby and walking distance to all main attractions. The property manager was always quick to reply and gave suggestions to us. We loved our stay!

The location was perfect! It was right near a piazza with great restaurants. The views on the terrace were beautiful! The elevator was great to have as well! The rooms were clean and spacious. We would absolutely rent this property again!
