Independent and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. It connects to a private laundry area with a washing machine and sink.

Master Bedroom: Double bed, built-in wardrobe, and access to a large private terrace.
