Villa Fortino is a characteristic two-story age-old estate in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps 21 people. From Villa Fortino you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Villa Fortino is 320 square meters (3450 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Alcamo, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 7.5 km (roughly 4.7 miles), a grocery store at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles) and the closest beach (Alcamo Marina beach) at 17.5 km (roughly 10.8 miles).
You will reach Villa Fortino from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Fortino you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.
Villa Fortino is tended by a caretaker, who resides in a room on the ground floor.

The estate is a luxurious Sicilian retreat set in a historic 19th-century baglio, composed of two charming stone buildings surrounding a tranquil courtyard. The property blends rustic charm with modern comfort and offers guests the possibility of enjoying optional experiences on request for an extra fee — from wine tastings and cooking classes to bike tours, wellness treatments, and private dining — a perfect mix of relaxation, local culture, and adventure.


To ensure maximum guest comfort, the villa is attended by a full daytime staff, including personnel responsible for housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast preparation.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 8.5 meters (28 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the patio. The pool is open all year round.
Patio
The patio is 350 square meters (3770 square feet) large. It is equipped with benches. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the swimming pool.
Garden
You will reach the garden from the patio going up approximately seven stairway steps. The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet). It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. From the garden you will have a broad view of the surrounding countryside.
