The house is surrounded by 11 hectares of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The flat is part of a complex of holiday cottages with a big shared pool

Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)
