A self contained detached annex flat, peaceful location with lovely views down the valley. Being detached gives you that extra peacefulness and private space. En-suite bedroom sleeps two people in a king-size double bed, and one single bed in addition you have a comfy lounge and kitchenette to relax in.

* Accessibility: You need to climb a small flight of stairs to the property entrance.

* Kitchen and utilities: Small fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee tablets supplied, selection of tea's also provided
* Ninja double Airfryer
* Smart TV in the lounge, and wall mounted TV in your bedroom.
* Complimentary use of your own Hot-Tub (available year-round) We have a family so late-night hot tub sessions are not available due to noise and children sleeping, so cut off time for Hot Tub is 10pm.
* Outside: Decking area with great views at the front of our garden, please help yourselves.
* Pets: No sorry not permitted
* Parking: Parking for one car provided, off street in-front of garage, if you need another parking space just ask and we can arrange an extra one for you at no extra charge.
* Changeover time: Check-in from 3 pm and Check-out by 10 am, if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please ask, as this can sometimes be supplied at a small extra charge.
* Heating and hot water: Your own combi-boiler for instant hot water and central heating
* General: Free super fast Star Link WiFi provided.
* Microwave and Ninja Air-fryer oven (we do not have a hob)
* Important notes: No smoking inside the property, outside is just fine.
