Villa Levante is a stunning property designed to accommodate up to 10 guests in ultimate comfort. This spacious villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The bedrooms are located across the ground and first floors, all furnished with high-quality double beds (1.8 x 2 meters) that can be converted into twin beds upon request. Each room enjoys a private balcony, offering delightful views of the surrounding landscape.



The villa embraces an open-plan living concept, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, stylish dining areas, and a comfortable lounge, perfect for relaxation. Large windows and glass doors allow natural light to flood the space, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.



Situated on the lower aspect of the hillside overlooking the Bay of Kissamos, Villa Levante enjoys a prime location within an exclusive complex. The town of Kissamos is just 2km away, offering local amenities, while the closest shop is within 500m. The nearest beach is 1.5km from the villa, and the vibrant regional capital of Chania is a 20-minute drive. Chania International Airport is located 55km away, and other picturesque villages, breathtaking beaches, and cultural attractions are within easy reach by car.



Guests can enjoy the villa’s private infinity pool, measuring 50 sqm, which offers spectacular views. The pool can be heated to approximately 28°C using a pool heat pump for an additional charge of EUR 700 per week. If a higher temperature is required, further charges will apply, and a minimum of three days' advance notice is needed. A pool cover is available and must be used to maintain the desired temperature effectively.



Villa Levante is fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a barbecue, private parking, outdoor dining areas, climate control, a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, free WiFi, a telephone, a safe deposit box, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. Additional conveniences include in-house laundry facilities, a washing machine, toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, linen, and towels.



To enhance your stay, the villa offers daily hosting services provided by the villa manager, including information, guidance, recommendations, and assistance with restaurant and taxi bookings. Housekeeping services include house cleaning every other day (except Sundays), with linen and towel changes twice per week. A welcome pack is provided upon arrival. For those seeking additional experiences, extra services such as airport transfers, private boat trips, and specialist guided excursions can be arranged upon request.



Please note that a security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival. The villa operates a strict no-smoking policy indoors. A refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable either 60 or 30 days before arrival, depending on the booking dates. Pets are allowed upon request.
