Indoor Facilities

On the ground floor, the villa features a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, a 65’’ satellite LG curved TV, and a PlayStation. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining area for 10 guests provides everything you need for a gourmet experience. A double bedroom with a private entrance, satellite TV, and a communal bathroom adds extra convenience.

On the upper floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and satellite TVs. A third bedroom with twin beds also offers a satellite smart screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The highlight of the villa is the attic floor, where a king-size bedroom with a smart screen TV and panoramic sea views creates the perfect retreat for privacy and relaxation. All rooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

Outdoor Facilities

The exterior of the villa is dominated by a magnificent 45 sqm swimming heated pool (extra charge), ideal for relaxing or swimming while enjoying the stunning views. A children’s pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas offer ample space for everyone to unwind. The outdoor lounge area under a pergola provides a perfect spot for relaxation or socializing. The villa also features a BBQ area, a bar, a deck with sun loungers, hammocks, and a dining area for up to 12 guests.

Additionally, the villa provides a private garden with a lawn and a parking area for up to 6 cars.

Villa Emilia is designed for those who seek a luxurious getaway with every comfort and convenience at their fingertips.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. Breakfast can be added with an extra charge. Heated pool is 100€ per day.
