Both villas consist of two levels and have been created with high-quality materials, modern furnishings, and thoughtful layouts that ensure a relaxing stay. On the ground floor of each villa, guests will find a bright open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa, a Smart Satellite TV, and direct access to the private pool area. A fully equipped modern kitchen provides all the necessary appliances for effortless holiday cooking, while a dining area for 6 guests completes the space. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level in each villa for added convenience.


The upper floors host two queen bedrooms in each villa, both with A/C and balconies with beautiful sea views. A shared bathroom with a shower completes the layout, while soft decor, clean lines, and large windows allow natural light to flow throughout the spaces, creating a calm and inviting ambience.


Outdoor facilities
Outdoors, each villa includes a private pool of approximately 25 sqm, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing moments under the sun. Guests can enjoy meals outdoors using the BBQ and dining area, with beautiful sea views completing the setting. The villas are also suitable for families, offering two playgrounds and a football goal, giving children space to play. Yoga lovers will also find yoga mats available at the property, making it easy to enjoy morning stretches or a relaxing sunset session by the pool. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30EUR per night from April to October and 8EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
